now this is a must have hands free device, I'm a salesman and I'm on the phone all the time. this is the most expensive one I have found but it is the best interims of sound quality and performance

I've only been happy with Plantronics earpieces for phone use. All others I've tried (LG, Jawbone, Motorola, et al.) pale by comparison. My ONLY quibble with this one is that pushing and holding the ear button does not bring up Siri - as it did in all previous models. Great clarity, and the phone app for updating the firmware is great.

this is my third one, because they only last about a year. i love that they can connect to 2 phones at the same time. and that the noise cxling is the best around for truck drivers that dont want a large headset this one is the one to get.

It's good to have clients NOT telling me they can't hear me or that I am cutting out.

This is the best headset I've owned for work. Clear audio and it reduces background noise so others can hear me clearly. I've owned 2 over the years and only replaced them due to age

Easy to use and great sound quality. Comfortable earpiece

First, the noise cancellation when talking to someone else is great. They can't hear most of the noise around you. That is a 5! The fit, don't care for that, it is bulky around the ear and when you wear glasses like I do it is a pain and tough to get used to. Probably a 3. A couple weeks ago I would have rated this a sold 4 and say go fo it. BUT, mine quit exactly 30 days after purchase. Used it for a few minutes one day, put it down and it would never turn on again. Tech support was usless, I thought they could walk me though a reset or something. Instead they sent me a brand new complete set, BUT I had to pay the shipping to send the old set back. So back to a 3 for the rating. If it had not been for the failure I'd say 4.

it is very easy to setup to iPhone. Clear sound. Would highly recommend.

Not bad at all the bluetooth works better then a lot of the other ones and the connection is good. The distance is a little bit above average

I have used Plantronics headsets for many years. I like the boom microphone because people can hear me better. The wind proof feature also seem to work well. I also like that I can wear the headset on either the right or the left ear.

For a commercial driver the most important thing in a headset is to be comfortable, long battery life and noise reduction. this headset has it all.

Easy to use, good talk time 6-7 hours before recharging. Very clear audio, noise canceling is also very good. Connects easily via bluetooth. Glad Plantronics is back in the headset game again!!

Great Headset i have bought 4 in the past! I will keep using this product as long as they keep making them.

I bought this for hands free driving. I use it while in my house and outside. I am completely hands free. Wish it had more talk time. Easy to charge and connect to your phone. Good not live without it anymore. Can hear better then using the phone.

By far the best bluetooth I've ever own. Really like the Alexa use. The clarity is amazing. I've used it in different conditions, wind, noises and other, whom ever I'm speaking to hears me loud and clear without any extraneous noise. A great find.

so awesome. so much so that my first set of this unit was a gift, and this purchase was made to use as my office headset. Could have bought any other set, but I already knew this unit was perfect.

Purchased 2 of these, and by far the best sound quality both hearing and speaking to someone as well. It works good on clearing out the background noise and callers can hear the conversation very well. PS: I recommend getting the charging case as well and get a few additional charges with the case.

I really like the device and it works good. I have went through several ear pieces on it though. They seem to fall off easily when I put them in my pocket. Works fine and sound quality is great.
