Works great when directly connected to my phone. Noise cancellation is fantastic. When I tried to link with my laptop for Skype calls, there was a lot of static. Ultimately had to get a Logitech wired headset for the laptop, which is why 4 stars.

comfortable fitting, clear listening, would reccomend

I have used Plantronics headsets for many years. I like the boom microphone because people can hear me better. The wind proof feature also seem to work well. I also like that I can wear the headset on either the right or the left ear.

Now this is the kind of headset I have been looking for. I travel and encounter a good deal of road noise. I took this headset out after buying it and talked with my wife as I drove along on different road conditions. There was absolutely no road noise or background noise. Now I am ready for my nest road trip.

For a commercial driver the most important thing in a headset is to be comfortable, long battery life and noise reduction. this headset has it all.

Sound quality and noise cancellation is excellent.

The voice / sound quality and the mic pickup of my voice is really good. The issue I have is keeping it connected to my iPhone7. I've installed the manufacture app on my PC and connected the device to be sure its firmware is current, yet, it struggles to stay connected or will be connected when I start a call and drops the Bluetooth connection w/o any indication other than silence. I've deleted the connection and then reconnected to the phone several times, updated the phone iOS with marginal improvement. I've downloaded the manufacture's app on my iPhone and keep it running constantly which has helped, but, overall I expected better from this device based upon my prepurchase research..

I just love my Plantronics 5220 Bluetooth Headset, I have been told that the background noise is not even heard! This is good since I drive for a living! Always have been looking for a good Bluetooth Headset for my work and personal use. Would recommend this product to those that are looking for quiet!

This Plantronics - Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset replaces an older Voyager headset. The new updates are great. This unit is comfortable, at times I forget I have it on. I have used other cheaper headsets but they never lasted as long as the Plantronics headset. The Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset is solid.

I used plantronics for years and they keep getting better. This ear piece has a good range when walking around in my office, Bind it once and your done. Other brands need to be reconnected periodically but not this one. It also sounds good to me and the customer I'm talking with.

Not bad at all the bluetooth works better then a lot of the other ones and the connection is good. The distance is a little bit above average

This is a gift for my husband. He did some research on what would work best for long drives with lots of outside noise. I'll update for his review. Price is a bit high but so far so good.

nice headset. Comfortable to wear. Connecting to my personal laptop was ok, but my work laptop required the plantronics BT usb adapter. I tried another brand bt adapter, however that did not work. Can connect to more than one device.

This product works great im a truck driver and it keeps my attention on the road easy to use and comfortable i love it

The technology and sound clarity is amazing, it fits well around my ear, it has great options, I can pull the arm up and mutes the call which no other ear piece has done, it charges very well, battery is good, I really like it. My brother like mine so well that he bought one himself.

Great headset with at least 7 hours of talk time. Sounds great but just wished the battery lasted longer. I would definitely purchase another one in the future.

So far I have been thoroughly pleased with the Plantronics 5220. I have been using it from about a month. Sound is very clear on the audio and based upon those that I have talked to on it - most cannot even tell that I am on a headset versus talking directly through the phone.

one of the best head sets I have tried. I switched out the ear piece for an after market silicone in ear and it is much better. The set is kind of bulky but not uncomfortable or to heavy.

The Voyager 5220 works better than any bluetooth headset I have used. The sound quality is crystal clear on both ends, most people say they did not realize I was using a bluetooth headset. Noise cancelling removes background noise from the call. Worth every penny!

The ear piece comes off easily and difficult to find replacements.... the reception is good.... you must be careful and secure the entire Bluetooth or you can easily lose it..... maybe my ears aren’t big enough?
