I really like the device and it works good. I have went through several ear pieces on it though. They seem to fall off easily when I put them in my pocket. Works fine and sound quality is great.

I love this bluetooth headset. I unfortunately had to buy another one, because I lost my older one. As a replacement, I bought a cheaper Platronics one, but the background noise was unbearable to the person on the other end of the call. So I opted to get this one, as it was the original model I had. I love it!

I use my plantronics voyager 5200 headset on a daily basis. I am very pleased with it so far. i've had no complaints from clients on the other end of my calls. I do have some difficulty hearing if there is a lot of road noise. I have to press the ear piece into my ear to overcome this issue.

Overall the quality is great and can go pretty far away from handset without getting static or garbled voice! Easy andswer options for driving with out having to take your hands of the wheel! Battery life is also a plus with over 6 hours of life and can operate between multiple devices at the same time

I actually had gone in to replace my Bose earpiece. Best Buy no longer carried it. The young man showed me this one and told me he used it also. Same quality, no complaints from anyone I converse with, do not have to worry about falling out of my ear. Easy to use.

The sound quality is great and the battery life is as well. I do have small ears so it does hurt them a little. I also appreciated that there are 3 choices for the size of ear bud.

Audio quality is awesome! I'm not giving it 5 starts because battery sucks. Fully charged tells me 6 hours talk time when I turn on the headset, but in real life, if I get 4 to 5 hours I'm lucky.

This device was recommended by a Best Buy associate and works very well. I have had some dead spots and a few dropped calls, but usually works just fine.This unit does do a very good job in windy conditions

Amazing this is going to be my third I owned I really love it I charge one and then I just switch to the other. Since I currently have 2. This is the one!!! Bluetooth devide that last and last for long time!

Great headset with at least 7 hours of talk time. Sounds great but just wished the battery lasted longer. I would definitely purchase another one in the future.

This product works as well as the Voyager Headset. It has about 6 hour of usable talk and listening time. I steam audio when driving about 4 to 6 hours a day. Noise canceling work a little better than the Voyager. I would rate this unit at 4 out of 5 stars

The earpiece is a little tight but the sound quality is excellent. My animals already ate the little earbud off and I ordered new ones through Amazon and they fit better than the originals.

Great headphones! Connect easily, good sound, and can listen to music that pauses perfectly when calls come in. Battery life could be better but it’s good enough for my days work!

The best Bluetooth I have purchased so far. People can hear me good with no issues.

The best headset ever! Noise cancellation 5-7 hr talk time. I’ve tried other headsets, but I always come back to this one! It’s a keeper! I will always stick with this particular brand by plantronics! I definitely recommend!

This has been the best headsets I’ve found and I’ve owned several most have died due to my own fault after a few years of heavy use but the last two I’ve had have been garbage and don’t even last a year great call quality amazingly comfortable to wear but the quality has gone downhill bad and they just don’t last within a few months the microphone or noise cancelling malfunctions and will go from working fine to randomly making you sound so distant the person on the other end can’t hear what your saying also the earpiece breaks and needs glued after a few months of use never used to be an issuer until it was over a year old almost two I’m a truck driver and have loved these for years but they aren’t worth the money anymore

I have tried all the headsets out there. Spent more than $500 in total on different headsets. This one is by far the best, when I'm driving with an open window and with shacking tools in my work van, the people who call me thinks I just got out of bed since it is so noise isolating. Don't search for anything else get this one.

Wonderful sound quality. Pretty comfortable fit too.

Best earpiece so far but if worn for long periods of time, it does hurt my inner ear, it is also very bulky and falls off my ear, have to keep pushing it back in. This is my 2nd piece, have worn them for 4 years.
