Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This has been the best headsets I’ve found and I’ve owned several most have died due to my own fault after a few years of heavy use but the last two I’ve had have been garbage and don’t even last a year great call quality amazingly comfortable to wear but the quality has gone downhill bad and they just don’t last within a few months the microphone or noise cancelling malfunctions and will go from working fine to randomly making you sound so distant the person on the other end can’t hear what your saying also the earpiece breaks and needs glued after a few months of use never used to be an issuer until it was over a year old almost two I’m a truck driver and have loved these for years but they aren’t worth the money anymore

The life span of the product depends on the usage but on many cases they last for way past their warranty period. Please rest assured that we take the quality of our products very seriously, and scenarios like these are very unlikely. To troubleshoot audio issues, please reset the BT connection: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. Testing the earpiece with a different cell phone is also ideal to determine the cause of the issue. The Voyager 5220 to some extent is resistant to stretching, but we do not recommend stretching the hook too much to avoid any kind of harm. When you remove the earpiece, we recommend that you slightly stretch it and also slide it over your ear to take it off. We thank you for bringing this to our attention. I've had more than a dozen different models over the years and thus is the top of the line. When I lost mine recently a replaced it without hesitation as it has become an essential communication and efficiency tool.

While they work good they sometime just stop working. Also, when utilizing the software downloaded from play store to adjust settings they tend to develop poor modulation. So deleted the software DL and it works fine.

It announces each caller by name; let's you say "answer" or "ignore" when you are busy with several things at once, it's very helpful. Sounds to other parties, like you are on a regular phone I'm told.

The charging connection is back to a micro usb connection rather than the magnetic sliding clip earlier models had. Only issue I had is it is a bit snug over the ear, but it may loosen over time.

The only drawback is not being able to place voice command calls. You can only call back the last number you called.
