Amazing this is going to be my third I owned I really love it I charge one and then I just switch to the other. Since I currently have 2. This is the one!!! Bluetooth devide that last and last for long time!

this is my thrid piece of the same variant. I lost the first two. It has excellent noise cancelling effect. The recipient complains of no external disturbance even if you are in a mall. the ear plug do gets damaged quite often. Be prepared to have a couple of extra sets.

Had an older version, but it started to malfunction. Purchased a new one. Wish you offered the accessories for it.

The headphones are excellent, the service of the employees is professional, I look forward to buying from Best Bay again. Regards

I am a Truck Driver and Bluetooth's are required while driving a commercial vehicle. I have always had good service from Plantronics and this one doesn't disappoint. From my experience it's better to go to settings and turn the sensor off.

I love this Headset, very clear audio during calls. Noise canceling is excellent. I have had three of these over the years. Only problem is that after about a year they seem to not hold a charge as long. Still best headset around for the price.

The Plantronics Voyager 5220 Bluetooth headset is, by far, the best bluetooth headset I've ever used. I've tried others, but none match the consistent sound quality and none reduce the background noise like this one. It's perfect for business and personal use! I highly recommend it.

Too many tiny buttons & no ease of locating them the 1st week of purchase!! Too big for my ears, felt like I needed to knock something off the back of my ear all the time!! LMAOOOOO!!

My third in 1.5 years Plantronics Legend bluetooth seemed to go kaput with connectivity, so I opted for this more expensive and, seemingly upgraded, version. I figured the audio would still be superior and the range was so much better (up to 98 ft., rather than the previous version's 30 ft.), it would be worth the extra bucks. I'm very disappointed, because I'm lucky if I get up to 50 ft. away from my phone. Yes, it's still 20 ft. greater distance, but that isn't what the packaging stated and that's not what I paid for. Plantronics CSR wasn't at all sympathetic, either! By just talking with me, he determined my unit was working just fine, so that must be true...right?

Just what I was looking for needed something with sound guard and hear clear still trying to learn how to use it but all in all the great earpiece. Love shopping at Best Buy they're great help show you what you looking for parrot

10/10 long lasting battery the best bluetooth ever

I had another plantronics earpiece that worked really well but the boom broke and I had to replace it. They didn't have any of the model I had in stock so I chose this one. It works great and just as good as my older model. I use it to listen to music while I work and has good sound quality as well.

I wear it all the time and the calls are clear. I can still hear and be heard with the windows down in the car. Plays music to keep you from being bored waiting in places like DMV, etc. Simple and easy to use.

I’ve only had it a short time, replacement for another Plantronics Bluetooth. A very good Bluetooth headset for the price... cheaper and not as bulky as the parrot... very good noise canceling technology.

Very comfortable ear piece that I’ve ever found I’ve had many ear pieces before and this one surpassed all of them I will continue to buy them as long as they sell them .

This blue tooth works great while talking to others. It also works great while listening to recordings or music. One of the nice features is a “find your Bluetooth” feature. It fell on the floor by my bed. And I couldn’t find it until I used this feature. Very nice if the Bluetooth is turned on.

I had the older version of this headset for 2 years but my son destroyed it, so when I saw a newer version I got excited. It is a good headset but not great. Not quite as comfortable as I expected but still a good headset. Can't go wrong.

I went in looking for a Bluetooth for my phone as I never drive with out one I have always used the blue parrot as I was a truck driver but I wanted something with their quality but not as big I got the plantronics 5220 and was I in for a surprise same quality smaller and all the features I needed

I use it all day under constant noise. The people on the other side can hear me clearly. This is my 3rd pair. Buy the protection plan, these headsets last around 2 years under daily usage. Replacements are easy thru the manufacturer or Best Buy.
