I am a Truck Driver and Bluetooth's are required while driving a commercial vehicle. I have always had good service from Plantronics and this one doesn't disappoint. From my experience it's better to go to settings and turn the sensor off.

Overall, I love this headset. However, I'm a bit disappointed in the quality of the sound. Everyone I talk to can hear me well, but I find it a bit hard to hear them. The headset is quite comfortable, but can get a bit hot after extended wearing.

I am continuing to look for a headset that will muffle the sounds of my 9 month old talking in the background, as I work from home primarily. I will be returning this headset, it just doesn't do the trick. Very comfortable though.

I love this Headset, very clear audio during calls. Noise canceling is excellent. I have had three of these over the years. Only problem is that after about a year they seem to not hold a charge as long. Still best headset around for the price.

Had it about a month and it works well. But three times when turning it on, it did nothing. No noise, not understanding controls, nothing. I then turned it off and on again, and it then worked fine. Other than that, no problems.

Great quality product. Much improved over 5000 series. Recommendation by Best Buy was spot on.

This model brings the sound quality of the edge to the voyager line with all its stability. I've had more than a dozen different models over the years and thus is the top of the line. When I lost mine recently a replaced it without hesitation as it has become an essential communication and efficiency tool.

Works great when directly connected to my phone. Noise cancellation is fantastic. When I tried to link with my laptop for Skype calls, there was a lot of static. Ultimately had to get a Logitech wired headset for the laptop, which is why 4 stars.

The ear piece comes off easily and difficult to find replacements.... the reception is good.... you must be careful and secure the entire Bluetooth or you can easily lose it..... maybe my ears aren’t big enough?

i was looking to replace my blutooth deal the fella at teh store told me to try this one. this is probably my 5th bluetooth deal this is teh best. great call quality great noise cancel and there is a mini usb so you can actually charge in your car. awesome product way to go team good job!

this is my thrid piece of the same variant. I lost the first two. It has excellent noise cancelling effect. The recipient complains of no external disturbance even if you are in a mall. the ear plug do gets damaged quite often. Be prepared to have a couple of extra sets.

nice headset. Comfortable to wear. Connecting to my personal laptop was ok, but my work laptop required the plantronics BT usb adapter. I tried another brand bt adapter, however that did not work. Can connect to more than one device.

I've had headsets before, but this one is awesome. It announces each caller by name; let's you say "answer" or "ignore" when you are busy with several things at once, it's very helpful. Sounds to other parties, like you are on a regular phone I'm told.

Battery life is not as good as it used to be. It used to give 7 hours, now it is only 6 hours.

I use it all day under constant noise. The people on the other side can hear me clearly. This is my 3rd pair. Buy the protection plan, these headsets last around 2 years under daily usage. Replacements are easy thru the manufacturer or Best Buy.

The voice / sound quality and the mic pickup of my voice is really good. The issue I have is keeping it connected to my iPhone7. I've installed the manufacture app on my PC and connected the device to be sure its firmware is current, yet, it struggles to stay connected or will be connected when I start a call and drops the Bluetooth connection w/o any indication other than silence. I've deleted the connection and then reconnected to the phone several times, updated the phone iOS with marginal improvement. I've downloaded the manufacture's app on my iPhone and keep it running constantly which has helped, but, overall I expected better from this device based upon my prepurchase research..

The Plantronics Voyager 5220 Bluetooth headset is, by far, the best bluetooth headset I've ever used. I've tried others, but none match the consistent sound quality and none reduce the background noise like this one. It's perfect for business and personal use! I highly recommend it.
