Like any other Plantronics blue Tooth's they are great and highly recommend them. I have been buying them for years.

I've gone through a slew of Bluetooth headsets, including the predecessors to this model. What stands out to me on this one is the clarity and battery life. In clarity, I mean the ability to understand what I'm saying. I've dictated this entire message, and haven't had to do corrections.

I've had sound and distortion issues with previous headsets. This one delivers crystal clear sound with my iPhone 6. The buttons are simple to access and interact well with the phone. I also got the charging case for it. It was a good investment as it keeps the headset safe and charged when not in use.

This Bluetooth works very well in noisy environments. It handles calls from 2 sources. It has nice voice features (answer or ignore). It also seamlessly activates Siri. Very nice and works well.

I am a truck driver and use this at 65 with the windows down. Crystal clear and love that you can answer a call by voice and don't even have to touch a thing. I also use one button and have Siri ready to take my command. To include text this person this or read my text message to me. Outstanding

It’s really clear hearing people in the earpiece but kind a wish you told me how much battery life it has left. That same brand in the past and really like them.

I had slew of bluetooth headsets in my life time and nothing compares to this one. Call quality is amazing and no one knows that I am using a bluetooth headset, many have said it's better than using my phone directly. Yeah, it looks goofy to wear it but how good it is forgives all foul looking.

Spent more on this blue tooth then i have in the past. Comfortable on my ear, great background noise eliminating. I can drive my truck with window down and still be heard just fine. Sometimes it doesnt answer by voice commands.

I've been using an old Bluetooth with the boom function and decided to try this. I like it so much I'm getting another. It blocks background noise, connects to multiple devices and is very clear. Has an app that is useful.

Only issue I have had is when connecting to two phones it sometimes gets confused. I just deal with it. That being said the headset is head and shoulders above anything else on the market. I know, I have tried most of them

First off, initial set up was super easy and fast. The only thing I would change about that is to include the blue tooth dongle for computer set up. The reception isn't good enough for a quality sound. Also the switching from phone to computer is relatively easy, however I found on my new Dell laptop I had to manually switch the audio and microphone preferences once in a while. My only major complaint is that there were no options to buy the ear piece with the foam covers to help keep the ear piece in place. Also it does not come with the charging case, which is a must have for people who travel. All in all though I would recommend getting a cheaper Bluetooth set that works just as well if not better like the Skullcandy Ink buds that I use more than this ear piece.

Been using this device for the past 2 months. I absolutely love this and the commands (done by Alexa) is so clear. I also love the fact that it can change, redial by a command and mute ans also place calls on hold. Excellent bluetooth.

I transitioned to working at home and didn't have this headset on my first. It was a frustrating day but this headset has made a world of difference. The sound quality is great and clear. I have recommended this headset to numerous coworkers.

I would recommend this product to anyone who drives. If you drive with the windows down the sound is still very good and the other person can hear you without repeating yourself every minute or so. I would also get one for all your beginner drivers it will keep them from looking down for their phone.

I’ve owned several Plantronics Bluetooth earpieces over the years. I was pretty satisfied with them. What I mostly wanted was good sound quality on both ends and a decent battery life. And that’s what I usually got. After I lost my M165, which I had for a couple of years, I thought I’d upgrade to the 5220. I was surprised the battery life was only 7 hours talk time considering how large the back piece is. Compared to the M165, that size should give it some more battery space. But nope. The fit is a little awkward with having to put that big piece behind my ear. But it was alright. I could work with that. But here’s the deal breaker: the audio quality I was hearing on my end was terrible. It sounded tinny and staticky. I talked to a few people and it was the same. People could hear me fine, but I was having trouble understanding them. I don’t know if it was the one device or not. Interestingly, the media streaming sound quality was quite good. I listened to a podcast from my garage while the phone was in the house charging. If only my calls sounded the clear. I chose to pay more and get the AirPods Pro. BestBuy matched other’s price which made it palatable. Those are expensive, but great with my iPhone. So a little disappointed with Plantronics on this one. But in all fairness, I didn’t trade It it in for another to see if it was the one unit that got by QA. It’s worth a try if you’re interested and can take them back if you’re not pleased. Again, I’ve been real pleased with Plantronics devices in the past.

This is my 1st bluetooth and I'm really liking it. Everyone that I've talked to said my voice sounds very clear and loud with very little to no background noise. My only complaint is that twice within 1 week it registered "off ear" and switched back over to the phone.

Excellent noise reduction.Overall the sound quality is top compared to other brands. Occasionally it does drop the Bluetooth connection for my phone but that could be a fault of the phone as opposed to this unit.

Awesome bluetooth sound is perfect noice cancelling works no issues . No drama

This headset is easy to connect with great sound quality. I only use this around the house so I haven't checked out the sound quality with outdoor sound and wind elements. However, this has been one of the better Bluetooth headsets I've ever used to date.

This is the best wireless i've owned thus far and i've been wearing them for about 5 years. I'm currently using the Apple Airpods but the plantronics in my opinion is way better especially due to the noise cancellation.
