Best I have found and I have tried a lot. Comfortable. Announces phone number and caller name. Friends are so relieved that I got this and ditched my Blue Parrot.

I’ve only had it a short time, replacement for another Plantronics Bluetooth. A very good Bluetooth headset for the price... cheaper and not as bulky as the parrot... very good noise canceling technology.

I'm semi Truck Driver and i have used another Bluetooth before. But this one is really great. This Bluetooth headphone is loud enough even if you are driving a truck. So is totally great product.

Fantastic item! The battery life is amazing, and connectivity goes throughout the entire office. The only thing I'd recommend is tearing off the bottom charger rubber protector because it gets stuck sometimes.

Cant function without it.. it's glued to my ear.. from morning to night.. for work and personal use Thank you

I’m still looking for the perfect Bluetooth. This isn’t bad but everyone I talked to said it sounded muffled!? I’m not sure if it was this or there’s? Quick charge easy to use and pretty comfortable!

This is the best wireless i've owned thus far and i've been wearing them for about 5 years. I'm currently using the Apple Airpods but the plantronics in my opinion is way better especially due to the noise cancellation.

Just what I was looking for needed something with sound guard and hear clear still trying to learn how to use it but all in all the great earpiece. Love shopping at Best Buy they're great help show you what you looking for parrot

Easy to wear, a little pricier than I would like. The older models had a charger that connected around it, the 5220’s you have to plug in. Sometimes it’s hard to plug in.

I had my plantronics 5220 for a couple weeks and it is so comfortable on my ear that I almost took a shower with it on. I wear glassses which fit normal with the device, the control buttons will take some getting used to. My kids say it sounds great when we talk. I'm totally happy with it.

Been using this device for the past 2 months. I absolutely love this and the commands (done by Alexa) is so clear. I also love the fact that it can change, redial by a command and mute ans also place calls on hold. Excellent bluetooth.

My third in 1.5 years Plantronics Legend bluetooth seemed to go kaput with connectivity, so I opted for this more expensive and, seemingly upgraded, version. I figured the audio would still be superior and the range was so much better (up to 98 ft., rather than the previous version's 30 ft.), it would be worth the extra bucks. I'm very disappointed, because I'm lucky if I get up to 50 ft. away from my phone. Yes, it's still 20 ft. greater distance, but that isn't what the packaging stated and that's not what I paid for. Plantronics CSR wasn't at all sympathetic, either! By just talking with me, he determined my unit was working just fine, so that must be true...right?

If you are looking for sound quality during phone calls and being able to be heard, you cant beat this headset.

I have been using Plantronics products for a long time now. This device is great. The sound is clear and people tell me that they could hear me really well. Definitely recommend this product.

This is the best Bluetooth headset i have purchased

This is my 4th 5220 Headset. The main feature that keeps me buying the same one is how it hangs on my ear without pushing it into my ear for normal, everyday conversations, then push it in when I need it for my phone. The downside is that with daily use, it never lasts more than a year or two. The charging port cover is always the first to break off, then the trim on the microphone will go next. When I bought this one, the ear hanger snapped completely in to 2 pieces. The conversations are clear and there is no background noise.

Simple to use and great sound quality. Wish it came with the charging case had to perchance separately.
