Fantastic item! The battery life is amazing, and connectivity goes throughout the entire office. The only thing I'd recommend is tearing off the bottom charger rubber protector because it gets stuck sometimes.

Well, time to launch another learning curve with my Android phone. It is a small challenge to get apps loaded and doing what they need to be doing. The 5220 Model works as designed and the sound quality is Super. I am pleased with the purchase after only a few days of using.

This is the only ear piece my husband will use. If he is on a piece of heavy equipment we can still hear each other without having to scream! Battery life is great also. He has used this ear piece for about 4 or 5 years now (just upgrading here or there)

This is the 3rd Plantronics headset in this particular build I have purchased (including 2 previous versions). I love these items! Great fit to the ear (right side for me), good options, sound, and ease of use. The battery life is overall very good! I highly recommend this item!

This is the most comfortable ear piece I've owned. I even bought two. One for me and one for my wife. My only complaint is that it doesn't always work allowing me to make phone calls on my cell phone in hands free mode.

This is my 4th 5220 Headset. The main feature that keeps me buying the same one is how it hangs on my ear without pushing it into my ear for normal, everyday conversations, then push it in when I need it for my phone. The downside is that with daily use, it never lasts more than a year or two. The charging port cover is always the first to break off, then the trim on the microphone will go next. When I bought this one, the ear hanger snapped completely in to 2 pieces. The conversations are clear and there is no background noise.

Replaced my Plantronics Voyager Legend with this model. Very easy to pair and has a more universal method of charging (via a standard micro USB cable). Great outdoors even with mild wind blowing. The wireless range is a bit over 40 feet when connected to a Galaxy S8+.

This unit is a great upgrade to my older Plantronics Voyager Legend -- similar form factor -- but huge improvement in noise reduction and call quality. Some minor issues with disconnecting/reconnecting to phone when in car, seems to be in conflict with in car bluetooth connection.

This ear piece is great . I use it while driving. It comes with different size ear pieces, and you are able to answer hands free without using your phone. I use mine walking all over my house.

I'm semi Truck Driver and i have used another Bluetooth before. But this one is really great. This Bluetooth headphone is loud enough even if you are driving a truck. So is totally great product.

I've had 3 of the old style Voyager headsets and they were the only ones that worked for me as I'm very rough on them doing construction and they end up smashed in my pocket most times. I've tryed many different brands and Voyager was the best and this new style 5200 is a defendant upgrade.

I bought this item based upon reviews that I read. I have not been disappointed. Pros: easy to use and connect. comfortable fit with three different size ear pieces (small,medium and large). noise cancelling function Cons: none

Love the headset, very comfortable, sometimes I forget its on. I've owned the same model for a couple years. I recommend the extended warranty in case it gets damaged.

If your hard of hearing (like me) this is a great Bluetooth. Buuttttt if you're a truck driver (like me) then it's not totally hands free. It has a bad habit of freezing up. You press the button for hands free calling (name or number) and half the time it doesn't work. They say it gets magnetized or something and you have to shut it off, take it out of your ear and lay it down flat for a indefinite amount of time before it works again. that's a real pain!!!! They won't let me answer yes and no on the friend recommendation question so, yes to the hard of hearing and no to a fellow driver

this is by far the best bluetooth headset as far as sound quality and background noise suppressor

I replaced my four-year-old Voyager with this one because I have been unable to get better sound (I took several Bluetooths back). Incoming audio is excellent, even better than the old Voyager, but outgoing sound is just OK.

The best Bluetooth Headset ever!!! The sound quality is really unbelievable... So clean and clear and the ability to block out background noise is incredibly... I can have my car window down and the radio on and the person on the other phone can only hear me... really amazing!!!

This thing works great. Has great range and good sound. I am a diesel mechanic and am under trucks and away from my phone a lot and it has good range to take calls while working. I can use both my hands. don't even have to touch it when a call comes in, just have to say answer. love it.

Secure on ear and listening quality good, connectivity good for the price paid.

This is the best microphone great quality voice and noice cancellation I won’t trade it for anything else.
