Simple to use and great sound quality. Wish it came with the charging case had to perchance separately.

I transitioned to working at home and didn't have this headset on my first. It was a frustrating day but this headset has made a world of difference. The sound quality is great and clear. I have recommended this headset to numerous coworkers.

Overall this is a great quality earpiece. The noise canceling works very well and you can even play music through it. Don't expect to have the loudest music as the noise cancelling will affect volume of the songs. But for calls this thing is great. Comes with extra ear pieces so you can make it comfy.

It’s really clear hearing people in the earpiece but kind a wish you told me how much battery life it has left. That same brand in the past and really like them.

I had the older version of this headset for 2 years but my son destroyed it, so when I saw a newer version I got excited. It is a good headset but not great. Not quite as comfortable as I expected but still a good headset. Can't go wrong.

It's a great bluetooth the only downside is the battery portion of it is big & if you have a small ear it will fall off also not glass person friendly. The device is perfect just the design has its flaws.

The sound from it is fair to pretty good, and certainly good enough for conversations. I have three problems with it: 1) When turning on, the message about battery life interrupts calls so that you lose some of your conversation - very annoying 2) the earpiece is very thick and hard to make it work comfortably with sunglasses or glasses 3) The ear tip doesn't quite fit. Not sure how to suggest a fix here - maybe a little softer tip? Once you get it in place it's ok, but it doesn't seem to go into place very well. the other tips included with the headset don't look like they help resolve this

Overall the headset is comfortable to wear, functions very well with my iPhone. The problem seems to be with noise cancellation. Even though it says that it has great noise cancellation it seems to be lacking in that area.

Great sound quality. Noise cancelation is very good. I use this Bluetooth device for work phone calls and people hear very little of my background noise.

I purchased this for one of my sons. His previous one lasted 2 years and he wanted one that was more comfortable and easier to use. This one fit the bill. He loves it and wears it most of the day. Says it is very comfortable and works great. Glad I read the reviews and went with them.

I've gone through a slew of Bluetooth headsets, including the predecessors to this model. What stands out to me on this one is the clarity and battery life. In clarity, I mean the ability to understand what I'm saying. I've dictated this entire message, and haven't had to do corrections.

While noise cancellation is excellent the overall reliability is down. My last few bluetooth purchases since Plantronics changed to Poly have not been as reliable. One developed a connectivity problem, disconnecting during a call and making a motorboat sound. The next one began to loose battery life. After 3 months the battery lost its charge after 24 hours even when turned off. I used to highly recommend Plantronics Voyager but not any more.

I bought this item based upon reviews that I read. I have not been disappointed. Pros: easy to use and connect. comfortable fit with three different size ear pieces (small,medium and large). noise cancelling function Cons: none

This headset is easy to connect with great sound quality. I only use this around the house so I haven't checked out the sound quality with outdoor sound and wind elements. However, this has been one of the better Bluetooth headsets I've ever used to date.

I've had sound and distortion issues with previous headsets. This one delivers crystal clear sound with my iPhone 6. The buttons are simple to access and interact well with the phone. I also got the charging case for it. It was a good investment as it keeps the headset safe and charged when not in use.

This is the only ear piece my husband will use. If he is on a piece of heavy equipment we can still hear each other without having to scream! Battery life is great also. He has used this ear piece for about 4 or 5 years now (just upgrading here or there)

This is my 1st bluetooth and I'm really liking it. Everyone that I've talked to said my voice sounds very clear and loud with very little to no background noise. My only complaint is that twice within 1 week it registered "off ear" and switched back over to the phone.

This was recommended by tech friend. I am very pleased with this headset as the sound and clarity are unmatched. It was so good I purchased multiple headsets for me and family/friends. I highly recommend this headset.

I’ve owned several Plantronics Bluetooth earpieces over the years. I was pretty satisfied with them. What I mostly wanted was good sound quality on both ends and a decent battery life. And that’s what I usually got. After I lost my M165, which I had for a couple of years, I thought I’d upgrade to the 5220. I was surprised the battery life was only 7 hours talk time considering how large the back piece is. Compared to the M165, that size should give it some more battery space. But nope. The fit is a little awkward with having to put that big piece behind my ear. But it was alright. I could work with that. But here’s the deal breaker: the audio quality I was hearing on my end was terrible. It sounded tinny and staticky. I talked to a few people and it was the same. People could hear me fine, but I was having trouble understanding them. I don’t know if it was the one device or not. Interestingly, the media streaming sound quality was quite good. I listened to a podcast from my garage while the phone was in the house charging. If only my calls sounded the clear. I chose to pay more and get the AirPods Pro. BestBuy matched other’s price which made it palatable. Those are expensive, but great with my iPhone. So a little disappointed with Plantronics on this one. But in all fairness, I didn’t trade It it in for another to see if it was the one unit that got by QA. It’s worth a try if you’re interested and can take them back if you’re not pleased. Again, I’ve been real pleased with Plantronics devices in the past.
