The 5220 set up right out of the box. The volume is extremely louder than other Bluetooth units. The only downside I can't get the earpiece to sit in my ear constantly. It comes out. I've written to the MFG without luck. Possibly someone can assist me. Bottom line a great unit.

The product is standard nothing great. It does not fit my ear properly. Everyone I wear I gave to take off my glasses. The range is not even 30 meters as stated.

This unit is great for driving. No complaints from person on the other end about road noise or echoes. I talk in a normal voice with great results. I don't feel i get enough distance though. Great sound quality.

The battery doesn't last quite as long as it claims, though it's still decent (I get about 4 hours on mine), and the sound is solid. But it fits great, and the controls are easy to use. A good headset all around.

I wish I had loved this headset, but I don't. The sound quality is pretty decent, however it doesn't feel like it is seated in my ear properly even after changing the ear piece and trying them all. It also makes my ear very sore on top where it rests so I need to swap ears constantly through out the day. I spent a lot of money on this and feel like I could have bought another cheaper product with the same results.

I assumed it came with the dongle which is mandatory for this device to work with a PC even if the PC has native bluetooth. Tore my place half apart looking for it thinking I dropped it somewhere, until I realized it is a separate $100 purchase. This thing would be perfect if it worked with PC bluetooth. It sort of does, but it's pretty wonky. I may go for the dongle and the case, but that's an additional $150. It should come with everything you need. It is a huge PITA not having the charging case and fumbling with the micro USB and the tiny rubber cover every day.

I use a Bluetooth for work and have had several of this model my work is very hard on them This is by far the best Bluetooth on the market The only thing I don’t like on this is the auto connecting but that can be shut off

Clear sound quality, however, I also have a lesser expensive Plantronics Bluetooth headset and there is little difference in quality between the two.

This headset does not fit well. It is uncomfortable and does not stay in place, especially when moving around. I work remotely and wanted an inconspicuous headset that blocked noise from my team while video conferencing but most of the background noise is still heard by others. It has only connected to one iPhone and I can not configure the set up on my secondary business line. I am not sure if this is a user or company malfunction but the app and directions are not very helpful. I should have stayed with the $25 Logitech .

This bluetooth is great, I bought this because my old one die after two years, so it didn't owe me anything, two years is good enough for me. I like how this one got a little cover for the charging port and like the previous version last about 6 hours.

It's good to have clients NOT telling me they can't hear me or that I am cutting out.

I needed to replace an old wireless headset that had a mute button that was no longer working properly. So I went to this model based on reviews. I use it for primarily business office calls. Overall it works ok. At times others have said my voice cuts out, but I haven't been able to isolate whether it is this unit or my Panasonic bluetooth desk phone causing. I am within 2 feet so distance should not be a problem. I only have used with my cell phone a couple of times, and haven't noticed the problem with that. I previously used an expensive Savi model with a different desk phone and definitely had better luck with it, but while it was wireless, it wasn't bluetooth from the phone itself.

Had a previous ear bud from a different that did not last long. So I tried a voyager 5220 and what a difference this headset makes as compared to the previous one. Longer talk time, better clarity, sound and great wind reduction.

I like it it’s very clear very good noise cancelation and people with who I was speaking hear me very good the only thing what I don’t like about it was the around the ear it was not so comfortable for me but other then that it’s a great piece!

This sound and battery life of this earpiece are great. The earpiece however, is extremely uncomfortable! The piece that goes over the ear is bulky and heavy. The piece that is supposed to fit in the ear does not no matter which of the sizes I use. The round shape does not fit in my ear and I am constantly adjusting it just to keep it on my head. It doesn't feel good on and it doesn't fit well. I tried to give it a chance but I will be returning it today and getting a different earpiece.

Excellent !!! Worth the price ... love it.. being a truck driver this come in handy its super comfortable too..

The sound from the earphone is loud and clear. When speaking to people through the mic, they can easily hear me without having to overly exert my voice.

I have used this brand of ear piece for many years and in my opinion they are the best. My first ear piece did not fit in my ear very well and kept falling off. I tried the Plantronics brand and love the way they fit and the sound quality is great.

Overall this is an excellent headset it can be used in either ear last for over 7 hours of talk time. It holds charge better than expected. I love the speak answer feature you just say answer and it answers. You don't have to touch no buttons.

I use this headset daily and it’s great. I have a phone that I need to stay connected to for work and I can monitor my personal phone or connect to my pc as well. Good volume and features. It’s also comfortable to wear. Great price as well.
