The best Bluetooth Headset ever!!! The sound quality is really unbelievable... So clean and clear and the ability to block out background noise is incredibly... I can have my car window down and the radio on and the person on the other phone can only hear me... really amazing!!!

Works great! Needed this as we were working from home and using a cell phone. Provided more of an in office feel with this ear piece than trying to use regular headphones with a microphone

Like this earpiece its better than the ear buds, you hear better it clips on good on your ears

Only issue I have had is when connecting to two phones it sometimes gets confused. I just deal with it. That being said the headset is head and shoulders above anything else on the market. I know, I have tried most of them

Had to get a replacement headset for my 5200 version. Good batter life, clear audio, easy pairing. Works great.

Spent more on this blue tooth then i have in the past. Comfortable on my ear, great background noise eliminating. I can drive my truck with window down and still be heard just fine. Sometimes it doesnt answer by voice commands.

First off, initial set up was super easy and fast. The only thing I would change about that is to include the blue tooth dongle for computer set up. The reception isn't good enough for a quality sound. Also the switching from phone to computer is relatively easy, however I found on my new Dell laptop I had to manually switch the audio and microphone preferences once in a while. My only major complaint is that there were no options to buy the ear piece with the foam covers to help keep the ear piece in place. Also it does not come with the charging case, which is a must have for people who travel. All in all though I would recommend getting a cheaper Bluetooth set that works just as well if not better like the Skullcandy Ink buds that I use more than this ear piece.

Excellent noise reduction.Overall the sound quality is top compared to other brands. Occasionally it does drop the Bluetooth connection for my phone but that could be a fault of the phone as opposed to this unit.

The sound from the earphone is loud and clear. When speaking to people through the mic, they can easily hear me without having to overly exert my voice.

This thing works great. Has great range and good sound. I am a diesel mechanic and am under trucks and away from my phone a lot and it has good range to take calls while working. I can use both my hands. don't even have to touch it when a call comes in, just have to say answer. love it.

This ear piece is great . I use it while driving. It comes with different size ear pieces, and you are able to answer hands free without using your phone. I use mine walking all over my house.

I have 2 phones both hooked up at the same time and it works great! I drive a very loud work van and everyone I talk to says it sounds clear. The only thing I don't like is the size of the back that goes behind your ear but I've gotten used to it.

I bought to use for my work from home and travel position. I frequently experienced static and sound quality issues. When they werent having those issues the sound quality was great.

I have never used a wireless earpiece with mic before only a wired headset. I like the simplicity, clarity and length of talk time is six hours. People I am speaking to say they hear me clearly and once you get used to it you forget it is in your ear.

Does a great job for talking on the phone. I wouldn't bother with now since you can talk with earbuds.

Had a previous version of this for years and it finally wore out. Tried ear buds but couldn't keep the right one from falling out so I upgraded to this. I think it's deceptive of BB to show this headset with a case in the advertisement only to find out that it's not included.

I use a Bluetooth for work and have had several of this model my work is very hard on them This is by far the best Bluetooth on the market The only thing I don’t like on this is the auto connecting but that can be shut off

I am extremely happy with the Plantronics Bluetooth. The sound is clear when people are talking to me and when I am talking to them. Make sure you get the replacement plan, because if something happens to your Bluetooth they will give you a new one no questions asked.
