I wanted to like this headset but could not get past the insecure fit. The piece that goes in your ear is a hard plastic donut that literally floats over the opening to your ear canal. There is nothing to lock it in place aside from the piece that goes over the back of your ear. As a result, the unit moves around and makes it difficult to clearly hear the person on the other end of the line. I ended up returning the unit.

Good price for a new ear bud, I use at work and Church. Sound is great.

The head piece fits great. Looks big, but it is lightweight and you can wear it all day without noticing it. Too many bells and whistles that they start working. Get the app, and turn off the master sensors.

Read reviews and the one i chose is this one. Works great. Some funny names it still does not recognize. People on other end even said how clear it was compared to otherone.

Have had the platronics ear pieces for a long time now and love them. When I’m in the car, people ask me if I’m driving because it sounds so clear. They think I’m in my house. It’s just a terrific product for phone calls.

Works great! Needed this as we were working from home and using a cell phone. Provided more of an in office feel with this ear piece than trying to use regular headphones with a microphone

I have owned many headsets in my days and I must say that this one by far is the besy the features as well as the clarity and noise cancellation as well as the multiphone compatibility they can be used at the exact same time on the headset.

Great sound quality. Noise cancelation is very good. I use this Bluetooth device for work phone calls and people hear very little of my background noise.

The only thing i would say is that its excellent. Ive used the full 6 hours battery life during a conversation then charged while on a short break and got another 4 hours!

I am on the phone constantly with phone calls from work, family and friends. I now can wear this in my ear and avoid the heat when I'm on the phone for long periods of time. Makes it easier to hear and makes it private, at least on the receiving end.

My husband bought it because his ear piece broke and wanted a better one than last time. Its a good ear piece and has a long battery life, but is a bit pricey. I'm not sure if we would buy again.

I have been using Bluetooth earpieces for years, but this one is my all time favorite. Easy to connect, supports multiple phones, toggles between device (phones) easily, voice command, wide range volume, and crystal clear audio.

I needed an earpiece that I could wear all day, but had excellent sound quality and voice transit quality. I wanted an earpiece that had excellent noise cancelling ability. The Plantronics Voyager 5220 is spot on for each of these requirements!

I bought this to replace my previous bluetooth which had problems with picking up noise when the wind would blow and cutting out. Since I bought the Voyager 5220 I have not had any problem with noise that blowing winds create. This is a very good product.

Yeah, I'm one of those bluetooth guys. I get funny looks all the time but I don't care. I've probably been using a bluetooth since 2007 and this is the BEST Ive had so far. Best noise cancellation and best connection. Yeah, it's expensive but you get what you pay for

I have been using Voyager for last 7 years it’s one of the best headphone used for conference call it works with laptop , phone and my Apple Watch it’s always been my fav - it’s a best for its price and quality- overall a good buy.

I have been using plantronics bluetooth since 2008. The Voyager has been a great Bluetooth with great sound quality, I work construction and I'm constantly around noise. When I answer my phone people tell me how clear it is and that they can't really hear the background noise and that my voice is clear and understandable. In the last 14-16 months I have had to return my voyager 5200 (6-8 times) to Best Buy with problems like not connecting to my phone and the voyager disconnecting in the middle of a conversation. It's been a really frustrating time not to mention embarrassing having to return the same item time and time again. So much so that a few associates have asked me if I realise how many times I have returned the same bluetooth. If it wasn't for the great features of hands free answering, voice notification of whos calling and the noise reduction when having a call I would of given up on the voyager 5200. On my last return 20 days ago the associate told me they could not give me the warranty again and wouldn't you know it the mute button broke off something that had never happened since I began to use the voyager 5200 since 2016. the reason for the 2 star is the quality inthe last year over all I love the features of had free maybe I been getting all the bad ones in a batch

Had to get a replacement headset for my 5200 version. Good batter life, clear audio, easy pairing. Works great.

Sounds ok, sits ok on your ear. After a couple months of every day use, started having severe connectivity issues. I’ve had a couple of these and all have the same issues.
