Sounds ok, sits ok on your ear. After a couple months of every day use, started having severe connectivity issues. I’ve had a couple of these and all have the same issues.

Not as good as Plantronic Edge which has been discontinued, bulky and no charging case

I've owned several Bluetooth headsets in the past but this one, by far, is the best I've ever used. Clear sound and noise canceling works great. I would highly recommend this product to those looking for a Bluetooth that actually does what it professes to do on the package.

Pretty good product. The automated voice is responsive to answering calls or ignoring calls. I do not get the full 7 hours. At most I can only get 6, maybe six hours and 20 minutes of charge time. It does not read text messages without and outside app such as Alexa. However, I have a third party app that I use. I don't care for Alexa. However, my last earpiece had the function built-in where I did not need to download an app to use it. I just press the button, issued the command, and it did it without the use of an app that was download. This product it's pretty good.

This Bluetooth has lived up to its quality. The only issue that I’m having is with the range! I can’t go too far from the phone or else it will turn itself off! Other than that I really like my Plantronics Bluetooth. Go grab one, you’ll like it too.

I work in every possible situation, from the desk to travel to the sideline of sporting events. I am often on the go. This device pairs with everything and has great noise cancellation. It is easy to use and easy to recharge. I would buy this again. It is a great value.

I have tried a Jabra and an around you neck bluetooth, and Plantronics still makes the best on the market.The easiest to set up (less than 5 minutes), easy to hear, easy to talk to text, and most importantly, the people that I call only hear crisp clear talking.

I like the bluetooth because it's comfortable and secure in my ear. Sound quality is good but feel it could be better. Its overpriced but one of the better ones because I have tried many that I have returned

I purchased this device so I can work from home more effectively. So far, so good. My only complaint is that it can sometimes fall out of my ear. Other than that, it’s a great deal!!!

I was using a bose bluetooth that I thought was the best. After many years of use and abuse it wouldn't hold a charge. Read the reviews about the Voyager and decided to give it a try. After 3 weeks of use I can say it is as good as the bose and holds a longer charge.

I wear this headset for work and I drive a commercial vehicle. So this is very comfortable. It comes with 3 different size of earbud. Also, like that this doesn’t insert in the ear canal and wraps around the ear for a great fit!

I was look for a blue tooth ear piece I could use while driving. I am not the most tech savvy person. I found the Plantronics Voyager 5220 easy to set up, pair to my phone and operate. The sound from the mic and the ear piece are great.

Does a great job for talking on the phone. I wouldn't bother with now since you can talk with earbuds.
