This is the most comfortable ear piece I've owned. I even bought two. One for me and one for my wife. My only complaint is that it doesn't always work allowing me to make phone calls on my cell phone in hands free mode.

Easy set up and easy to use, pairs well with my Samsung phone the sound quality is exceptional for such a small unit

I have owned many headsets throughout the past 10 or 15 years. Most of which worked pretty well. This is my first Plantronics headset and I have to say that is by far the absolute best in performance clarity noise reduction and charging. I very highly recommend this product.

I've tried many different headsets over the years and this one is by far the best! Its battery live is very good and the makes taking phone calls while doing other things so much easier. As a software developer it works out well for me. If you're looking for a headset, then look no further.

Excelente Bluetooth device, great connectivity, great sound and voice transmission!

I wanted to like this headset but could not get past the insecure fit. The piece that goes in your ear is a hard plastic donut that literally floats over the opening to your ear canal. There is nothing to lock it in place aside from the piece that goes over the back of your ear. As a result, the unit moves around and makes it difficult to clearly hear the person on the other end of the line. I ended up returning the unit.

Not as good as Plantronic Edge which has been discontinued, bulky and no charging case

If your hard of hearing (like me) this is a great Bluetooth. Buuttttt if you're a truck driver (like me) then it's not totally hands free. It has a bad habit of freezing up. You press the button for hands free calling (name or number) and half the time it doesn't work. They say it gets magnetized or something and you have to shut it off, take it out of your ear and lay it down flat for a indefinite amount of time before it works again. that's a real pain!!!! They won't let me answer yes and no on the friend recommendation question so, yes to the hard of hearing and no to a fellow driver

still the best headset i have found range is better than last one quality is good and they change the charging port with this model which is a plus

Had a previous ear bud from a different that did not last long. So I tried a voyager 5220 and what a difference this headset makes as compared to the previous one. Longer talk time, better clarity, sound and great wind reduction.

This Plantronics Headset is great. It is a larger model then what I have used in the past. Took some time to adjust, but it has been a lifesaver once I got used to the size.

Has great clearity and people on the other end can hear me. Pairing was easy.

Plantronics is a high quality product. I've owned several of these Bluetooth ear pieces and, this is the best of all of them. Most people I talk to have no idea that I am talking on an ear piece. And, the noise cancellation technology is superior to any others I've owned.

Good sound quality for both use of mobile phone and listening to my music. I have a Bluetooth headset that requires me to have earbuds in both ears but wanted to have one ear free to hear surrounding sounds for safety. The Plantronics Voyager 5220 fulfilled that requirement.

I assumed it came with the dongle which is mandatory for this device to work with a PC even if the PC has native bluetooth. Tore my place half apart looking for it thinking I dropped it somewhere, until I realized it is a separate $100 purchase. This thing would be perfect if it worked with PC bluetooth. It sort of does, but it's pretty wonky. I may go for the dongle and the case, but that's an additional $150. It should come with everything you need. It is a huge PITA not having the charging case and fumbling with the micro USB and the tiny rubber cover every day.

Have had the platronics ear pieces for a long time now and love them. When I’m in the car, people ask me if I’m driving because it sounds so clear. They think I’m in my house. It’s just a terrific product for phone calls.

This is my 2nd plantronics headset. I only replaced the first after multiple years of perfect use. The new one appears just as durable and Call quality is quite good as told by folks I talk to when using it.

comfortable fit and 6+ hours talk time. with noise cancellation. make talk anywhere easier and simple connecta as soon as you flip yhe switck. easy to adjust volune and can control your alexa too!

I like it it’s very clear very good noise cancelation and people with who I was speaking hear me very good the only thing what I don’t like about it was the around the ear it was not so comfortable for me but other then that it’s a great piece!
