I like it it’s very clear very good noise cancelation and people with who I was speaking hear me very good the only thing what I don’t like about it was the around the ear it was not so comfortable for me but other then that it’s a great piece!

I replaced my four-year-old Voyager with this one because I have been unable to get better sound (I took several Bluetooths back). Incoming audio is excellent, even better than the old Voyager, but outgoing sound is just OK.

I use this headset daily and it’s great. I have a phone that I need to stay connected to for work and I can monitor my personal phone or connect to my pc as well. Good volume and features. It’s also comfortable to wear. Great price as well.

This bluetooth is great, I bought this because my old one die after two years, so it didn't owe me anything, two years is good enough for me. I like how this one got a little cover for the charging port and like the previous version last about 6 hours.

Overall this is an excellent headset it can be used in either ear last for over 7 hours of talk time. It holds charge better than expected. I love the speak answer feature you just say answer and it answers. You don't have to touch no buttons.

I have used this brand of ear piece for many years and in my opinion they are the best. My first ear piece did not fit in my ear very well and kept falling off. I tried the Plantronics brand and love the way they fit and the sound quality is great.

Works great had a different device would constantly have to pair had no issues with this one so far

I have been using Bluetooth earpieces for years, but this one is my all time favorite. Easy to connect, supports multiple phones, toggles between device (phones) easily, voice command, wide range volume, and crystal clear audio.

I’m a truck driver and so far this is the best Bluetooth I’ve ever found for noise cancellation

I wish I had loved this headset, but I don't. The sound quality is pretty decent, however it doesn't feel like it is seated in my ear properly even after changing the ear piece and trying them all. It also makes my ear very sore on top where it rests so I need to swap ears constantly through out the day. I spent a lot of money on this and feel like I could have bought another cheaper product with the same results.

I have owned many headsets in my days and I must say that this one by far is the besy the features as well as the clarity and noise cancellation as well as the multiphone compatibility they can be used at the exact same time on the headset.

I have been using Voyager for last 7 years it’s one of the best headphone used for conference call it works with laptop , phone and my Apple Watch it’s always been my fav - it’s a best for its price and quality- overall a good buy.

I have been using plantronics bluetooth since 2008. The Voyager has been a great Bluetooth with great sound quality, I work construction and I'm constantly around noise. When I answer my phone people tell me how clear it is and that they can't really hear the background noise and that my voice is clear and understandable. In the last 14-16 months I have had to return my voyager 5200 (6-8 times) to Best Buy with problems like not connecting to my phone and the voyager disconnecting in the middle of a conversation. It's been a really frustrating time not to mention embarrassing having to return the same item time and time again. So much so that a few associates have asked me if I realise how many times I have returned the same bluetooth. If it wasn't for the great features of hands free answering, voice notification of whos calling and the noise reduction when having a call I would of given up on the voyager 5200. On my last return 20 days ago the associate told me they could not give me the warranty again and wouldn't you know it the mute button broke off something that had never happened since I began to use the voyager 5200 since 2016. the reason for the 2 star is the quality inthe last year over all I love the features of had free maybe I been getting all the bad ones in a batch

Great sounds, hard to wear with glasses. Will fall off at times.

Working great so far. Bought a lower end Plantronics Bluetooth awhile ago to see if I would use it. Did not have clear phone voice. New one is good so far.

I needed an earpiece that I could wear all day, but had excellent sound quality and voice transit quality. I wanted an earpiece that had excellent noise cancelling ability. The Plantronics Voyager 5220 is spot on for each of these requirements!

This blutooth head set is good for the money. Good battery life and range. My only complaint is the plastic ear price that wraps around ear constantly will break if too hard on it. Haven't found how to buy replacement.

I am on the phone constantly with phone calls from work, family and friends. I now can wear this in my ear and avoid the heat when I'm on the phone for long periods of time. Makes it easier to hear and makes it private, at least on the receiving end.
