TBH I haven’t used it enough to really give it five stars, but it seems great so far. Easy setup, good sound quality, and the person on the other end can understand what I’m sayin’.

I have been using Plantronics Bluetooth headsets for the last 10 years. They are very comfortable and easy to use. I work a lot from my phone and they gave been a lifesaver!

This headset does not fit well. It is uncomfortable and does not stay in place, especially when moving around. I work remotely and wanted an inconspicuous headset that blocked noise from my team while video conferencing but most of the background noise is still heard by others. It has only connected to one iPhone and I can not configure the set up on my secondary business line. I am not sure if this is a user or company malfunction but the app and directions are not very helpful. I should have stayed with the $25 Logitech .

I bought this to replace my previous bluetooth which had problems with picking up noise when the wind would blow and cutting out. Since I bought the Voyager 5220 I have not had any problem with noise that blowing winds create. This is a very good product.

Bought to upgrade from an older model of the same thing, I like that it hooks up to two different devices instead of having to pair and unpair constantly. Has quality sound and the noise cancelling works really well.

Pretty good product. The automated voice is responsive to answering calls or ignoring calls. I do not get the full 7 hours. At most I can only get 6, maybe six hours and 20 minutes of charge time. It does not read text messages without and outside app such as Alexa. However, I have a third party app that I use. I don't care for Alexa. However, my last earpiece had the function built-in where I did not need to download an app to use it. I just press the button, issued the command, and it did it without the use of an app that was download. This product it's pretty good.

This Bluetooth has lived up to its quality. The only issue that I’m having is with the range! I can’t go too far from the phone or else it will turn itself off! Other than that I really like my Plantronics Bluetooth. Go grab one, you’ll like it too.

I wear this headset for work and I drive a commercial vehicle. So this is very comfortable. It comes with 3 different size of earbud. Also, like that this doesn’t insert in the ear canal and wraps around the ear for a great fit!

This is by far the best blue tooth device I ever purchased. Syncing it up to my mobile device couldn’t have been easier. It comes already charged and ready for use. Sound clarity is exceptional and the fit is great. It’s a little pricey but definetly worth it!!

Yeah, I'm one of those bluetooth guys. I get funny looks all the time but I don't care. I've probably been using a bluetooth since 2007 and this is the BEST Ive had so far. Best noise cancellation and best connection. Yeah, it's expensive but you get what you pay for

Good when it works. This was my second attempt at using this headset. The first one quit after 4 months. I had it replaced free and this one also quit. When it WAS working, my colleagues were very impressed with the sound cancelling and the voice quality. I could take calls outside and they could still hear me fine.

This unit is great for driving. No complaints from person on the other end about road noise or echoes. I talk in a normal voice with great results. I don't feel i get enough distance though. Great sound quality.

Clear sound quality, however, I also have a lesser expensive Plantronics Bluetooth headset and there is little difference in quality between the two.

I was look for a blue tooth ear piece I could use while driving. I am not the most tech savvy person. I found the Plantronics Voyager 5220 easy to set up, pair to my phone and operate. The sound from the mic and the ear piece are great.

I needed to replace an old wireless headset that had a mute button that was no longer working properly. So I went to this model based on reviews. I use it for primarily business office calls. Overall it works ok. At times others have said my voice cuts out, but I haven't been able to isolate whether it is this unit or my Panasonic bluetooth desk phone causing. I am within 2 feet so distance should not be a problem. I only have used with my cell phone a couple of times, and haven't noticed the problem with that. I previously used an expensive Savi model with a different desk phone and definitely had better luck with it, but while it was wireless, it wasn't bluetooth from the phone itself.

I have tried a Jabra and an around you neck bluetooth, and Plantronics still makes the best on the market.The easiest to set up (less than 5 minutes), easy to hear, easy to talk to text, and most importantly, the people that I call only hear crisp clear talking.

The battery doesn't last quite as long as it claims, though it's still decent (I get about 4 hours on mine), and the sound is solid. But it fits great, and the controls are easy to use. A good headset all around.

Sounds great and people can hear me really well. I will recommend it to my friends.
