Excellent product. I use it for my work computer soft phone. So clear!

Husband uses it for wrk he can connect 2 cells at once but it seems to go out in 3 to 6 mos n have to buy another is only issues. But it just could be how he handles it. But he likes its functionality.

This is my 4th one of these. On my original I did not have this problem so I bought another one but the 2nd and 3rd one I bought refurbished ones and they would disconnect and reconnect from my cell phone all the time. The refurbished ones lasted about a year before they actually bit the dust and would not work at all, so I bit the bullet and bought a brand new one since I liked my first one so much and this style does not give me a migraine. Well, the new one is doing the same thing of disconnecting and reconnecting from my cellphone and my cell will be right next to me. I do not understand why it does this but it does. I am hoping this one will last me more than a year before it dies on me.

Sounds clear and is very durable. Use it for trucking and I am able to hear my calls clearly over a lot of noise.

This is my second Bluetooth headset, must say that it is the best Bluetooth headset I used so far.
