I like this product but the issue I have with it is the fact the piece that goes inside the ear always comes off breaking off the piece that attaches to the headset. I have owned about 8+ of these, through purchases and Best Buy's insurance (which is amazing by the way) and other multiples I have purchased and two out of those 8+ have had issues connecting and reconnecting. The finding feature on some of the most recent models never works... so much I know there is one missing somewhere in my apartment and I was never able to find it. They do last as long as they say they do and they charge right away, I wouldn't continue to purchase these Bluetooth headset if it was that terrible, this has been the most reliable headset I have owned (bose & jabra). I just suggest you get the Best Buy insurance so that your earpiece may be replaced once it starts malfunctioning or a piece breaks.

The best bluetooth I have ever owned and I am hard on them. Love the hands free answer/ignore feature. The audio quality is top notch. No one knows I am using a bluetooth while speaking to me. It comes across that clearly. 7 hour talk time seems to be accurate as well and I listen to music all day with it as well as phone usage.

The Voyager Legend is a well-made and efficient wireless set that is comfortable to wear for hours as you almost forget it is there except when actually using it. Very nice design that actually fits in your ear rather than falling out a lot. The sound is very clear!

Battery life is exceptional. Easily fits on my ear. Most importantly, has a quick and easy to push “mute” button! Favorite piece of technology to get through my days of conference calls!

This is the second of these Bluetooth headsets I have owned. I also tried one with USB-micro charging, but the charging stopped working within a few months. This one works great, the sound quality is excellent and the battery life is very good. I replaced my first one because it was lost - but it still worked well when I found it again months later! This latest purchase is an excellent value, with substantial price reduction.

I’ve been using the Plantronics, now Poly Voyager Bluetooth for years. Highly recommend it for ease of use, sound quality and battery life!!

Calls are clear. Holds a good charge. Comforting wear all day

I have been using this for about 2 weeks. It is working well for me and the people with whom I've spoken on the phone say they can hear me clearly. It is pretty comfortable. I wish the volume would go a little bit higher, but it is acceptable.

I've had 2 of these over the past 8 years, second one went missing like the first one and I tried something else less expensive. Needless to say, it didn't perform like this unit does. So, for the price, this one does a great job at noise cancelation, sound quality and battery life along with being simple to use, despite the price, it delivers.

I have been using these, same, earpieces for years. With the chances of getting a ticket, why not. I am on the phone all day. I type and take notes. This unit saves me headaches from tilting my head all day and dropping the handset. It pairs with two phones at a time. Office and cell. You cannot go wrong.

Excellent sound quality. Lightweight, almost too much so. Tends to battle with the temples of my glasses a bit. A good choice for a backup earpiece when my over-the-head model is not available or practical.

These are by far my favorite bluetooth headsets. Quality, range, durability, style, comfort....it simply meets or exceeds my needs and expectations. I use it every single day. Has a 7-hour talk time battery and super easy to charge or use. The buttons and functions make this a tool I can't live without in business or chatting with family/friends.

Great quality. I love Plantronics noise cancelling technology! The way it curls around my ear keeps it in place when others fall out of my ear.

Love these whenever I see them I buy them out as I do not see them often anymore the noise cancellation is great battery life is amazing, and the sound quality is good.. to be fair this is my chit-chat on the phone for a work headset.

Best Bluetooth EVER!! I have tried many bluetooths but this one out beats them all. It is so light that you forget you have it on. The sound quality picks up even the smallest noise on phone calls yet it cancels background noise for your calls.

I had purchased the same headset about 7 years ago for talking in the car....it still works. I bought another because I now work from home and figured I should have a back-up. I looked around at some different brands that were more pricey. In conclusion I stuck with the same headset because of the clear connection, how comfortable it is and the long battery life.

Sound is great! If it is in the on position while you’re wearing it and you’ll receive a call, I love that all you have to do is say except or decline! No buttons to push! The only negative thing is that it is a bit chunky behind your ear.

Very nice headset. Great sound, easy to pair and battery lasts all day. My only complaint is that for whatever reason I cannot get the earpiece to come off to try the other sizes. I turn it to unlock but it will not release and I'm afraid if I try to force it off it will break. That being said, I'm very happy with it overall

Overall good sounds quality up to 20’ or so but not when turning corners. Max volume should be a little higher as it is on the next model up. Unlike the next model up this model actually restricts track skipping forward/backward between songs. So u have to pull out your phone while exercising if u wish to change tracks. Plantronics has been my go to for more than a dozen years. I believe they are the best quality on the market. They should always include track skipping on all models & increase the max volume on this model. Bring back the 2 year insurance for your products!

Sound quality is great and when I'm driving my RV with lots of engine noise, I'm told I can be heard clearly without the engine noise. It charges quickly and has lots of talk time. The one negative is that it is pretty uncomfortable in the ear after an hour or 2.
