    Stupid crap couldn’t even charge because the magnetic charging clip won’t stay on the device. Get the new version made by Poly.

    It very bad product some time can not connect to the internet and low sounds when make call it’s not good to use very bad when I but it says n my ear not comfortable and loose every time when used

If you are experiencing audio issues, we recommend resetting the headset by pressing and holding the call control and mute buttons for 5 seconds while it's turned off, this will reset the headset. We also recommend unpairing and re-pairing the headset with your mobile phone, testing with a different phone can also help us isolate the problem. Last but not least we always recommend checking if there are any firmware updates with the Plantronics Hub application.     The quality sounds like a muffled tin can. Cannot wear it and easily talk as it falls off the ear if I moved. Returned it.

    Used to be quality - Now they are junk

    I’ve use Plantronics voyager and legend for well over 10 years. My third one recently wore out as the microphone got quieter and static. Figuring it would just get another one that will last me many years and I would have the same quality. The one I recently bought was the second one because I bought one a month ago and they sound quality was horrible with people telling me it sounded no different than the one I was tossing out.

The Voyager Legend features triple-mic active Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Stainless steel windscreens, Acoustic fabric mesh designed to block and cancel noise and wind. To troubleshoot audio issues, please reset the BT connection https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. Please ensure the firmware version is up to date through our Hub Software. Lastly, testing the earpiece with a different cell phone model is also very helpful to determine the cause of the issue.     I purchased this headset after reading a lot of positive reviews, and I really wish I could add mine to them. I wanted this headset for phone use only, so I cannot speak to its music audio quality. I found the voice quality very poor - tinny from my side, and the people I talked to reported that my voice was distorted. This headset is uncomfortable, and I probably wouldn't rate it well because of that even if the sound quality was good. Put the two problems together and I can't rate this purchase as anything but a total loss.

There are a few things you could try to fix audio issues: Firstly, try to reset the connection between the phone and the earpiece. To do so: https://goo.gl/emzUTA.     Apparently this is a known issues. Mute button does not work. I found temporary work around but it stops working all the time

    I got this headset back in may. I’ve had it for a few months and though it does do the job, every time you call someone the audio cuts off. I do recommend this brand, but I don’t recommend this specific product.
