Great Bluetooth mike and speaker, easy to understand and answer. Comfortable to wear.

This is the ONLY bluetooth by Plantronics that I will buy. It serves my purpose; just need to be able to answer 'or not' verbally and have the caller identified before answering. I can go all day without having to charge....and I like the charging option...case or simple usb ear charger. I've tried other bluetooth (including others by Plantronics)...this one works for me. In fact.

very sturdy and excellent quality. the sound quality is amazing. It holds a charge for 7 hours.

I putchased this headset to replace one I accidentally stepped on and broke. While it works just fine, I really wish they still made the in-ear headsets rather than the over/behind the ear. It takes a little more time to put on than the older predecessor.

The Plantronics unit has very good sound quality and battery life

I love this bluetooth headset. It fits well, has excellent sound and a long battery life.

Excellent headset. I bought it for my cell phone, but ended up using it with my computer through my internet dialer. Surprisingly clearer than the much more expensive plantronics Savi models, which I am still in shock about because this is almost a quarter of the price. I just wish it had a dock. Fits great in your ear, a little heavy on the ear, but other than that 10/10 would recommend.

I have owned multiple of these bluetooth noise cancelling headsets - they have all been good. I tried a pair of earbuds, but received too many complaints, so I am back to Poly - Plantronics Voyager Legend for voice calls.

In this day and age there are many Bluetooth headsets to choose from and I understand that this is on the more expensive side. That being said, this is my second time buying the headset because my first one no longer holds a charge after 6 years. The headset is comfortable and clear but most importantly, the people on the other end of the line cannot tell that I’m using it and that’s what I like most.

I use it with work phone. It is clear sound and comfortable

I got this for work to replace my wired one & it works great, however I had to get a specific Plantronics bluetooth adapter vs the genetic insignia one sold to me by the best buy representative. It wouldn't "mute" without it. Otherwise design is nice & battery life last a good 7+ hours.

I’ve had 4 of these Bluetooth sets. I lost one in the snow. I found it once the snow melted and it still worked. I dropped one 100’ off of a rooftop and it still worked but damaged the charging spot. One I just lost. Overall they are a great Bluetooth.

My husband tried this device for his job site. He is in construction so has significant hearing loss. His iPhone is just not loud enough, especially outside. He loved the hands free voice commands and the microphone quality. He just couldn't get used to having this large of a device on his ear.

I have been using this product for years and there is no other Bluetooth on the market that comes close to the quality than the Plantronics. Satisfied guaranteed satisfaction.

This is one of the best had free headsets around and will connect to 2 phones and has a great long battery life.

We have had other Bluetooth headsets before from same maker liked the old model also. Sound is clear and headset is comfortable. Biggest draw back is the extremely short charging cord and that it is not an universal charger.

Good quality on both ends of the call. Once adjusted to fit the ear I can use all day. Good battery life...need to get an additional adapter for Bluetooth calls to laptop.
