I would give it a 5 star, but they made a significant change to the way this device changes your smartphone settings: By default, when you first pair it, it COMPLETELY takes over your smartphone Audio!!!! Yikes! I was missing text messages and phone calls because if you don't have the earpiece in your ear, you don't get any audible indication! It took me a while to locate the correct setting and turn it OFF! Once I did that, I began to like it as much as the older model I used extensively for years, and which was starting to fail. Incidentally, the older model did NOT take over by smartphone audio!! This should be clearly noted!

We purchased 10 of these for use for staff working from home or using with their cell phones. Quick connect to laptop and cell phone bluetooth. Easy to switch from left to right ear. Enough battery life to work all morning, charge during lunch and worked all afternoon.

Wasn't sure at first about the larger/heavier earpiece. However, it slides on/over the ear easily and is barely noticeable. Good features for connecting and understanding commands, and GREAT clarity during talk time. Very pleased!

I personally love the Plantronics brand because they are specifically for talking and not just for listening to music. Auto answer when placed in your ear. Announces caller, gives verbal option to answer or ignore an incoming call. 7 hrs. of talk time, clarity and more! Love it!

Very easy to set up, Years of service with no issues. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I love this blue tooth, while driving or doing something the blue tooth lets me know who is calling me without having to look at my cell phone to see who is calling me, while driving this is very useful so i can answer and talk hands free. This is my second Plantonics blue tooth of this model.

I loved this product. I have two cell phones: personal and business. This product is able to connect both phones at same time without a glitch. "Loved" it because I lost it during last week's biz trip. Buying another one today

I drive a truck and this works great, I can’t stand the super truckers with their headphones. How can they hear a horn or siren? This is perfect and only uses one ear so it’s made for driving.

Clarity is very good........stays charged all day.

I had one of these earpieces for over five years works great when you finally die, I was ready for another one that’s why I was the only place that I could find one. It has great sound, music sounds great, telephone calls wonderful. Would recommend this to anyone

The earpiece covers ripped upon applying them. The max volume seems lower than the previous version of this product that I have had over the course of 15 years now

Finally a bluetooth headset that is both comfortable AND I am able to hear clearly WHILE ALSO being able to be heard (go figure that this was so difficult to find!). Love it as it has made it much more comfortable to be on long work calls!

Great for front desk. Receptionist uses daily and it has great sound for clients.

I had the Voyager 5220 and exchanged it for the legend. The 5220 had issues with downloading my contacts and volume so low I couldn’t hear the person I was talking to. The Legend is crystal clear and works well announcing my contacts. It also is a better fit on my ear.

It hold the amount of talk time really well. Sound is very good. Over all very pleased. The only thing I don’t like is how it goes behind the ear.

This bluetooth performs well. I like the controls available on it, but it's a bit large and awkward.

Works great but sometimes has issues when connected to two devices. Sometimes it’ll randomly disconnect from one of the devices but otherwise it’s great and the battery lasts me all day and then some. Would highly recommend getting the charging case on amazon if you get one of these.

Bought this for my wife since her old one stopped working. She absolutely loves it. She doesn't even notice it on her ear. I notice a better clarity in sound and no background noise due to noise canceling. Highly recommend!
