I had the Voyager 5220 and exchanged it for the legend. The 5220 had issues with downloading my contacts and volume so low I couldn’t hear the person I was talking to. The Legend is crystal clear and works well announcing my contacts. It also is a better fit on my ear.

This is the second headset like this I purchased. Great sound quality and a lot of great options. I purchased this for others as well.

Works great but sometimes has issues when connected to two devices. Sometimes it’ll randomly disconnect from one of the devices but otherwise it’s great and the battery lasts me all day and then some. Would highly recommend getting the charging case on amazon if you get one of these.

This is the 3rd one I have bought. I use one at home so that I don't have to carry my phone everywhere I go. My husband is a motor coach driver and has to be hands free. His other one is showing some where, so I got him this one to use when he will need it. Very good quality and comfort.

Very comfortable....forget it is on. Also bigger plus is that it pairs to my work and personal phone at same time to be able to answer either one. Does take a little time to set up for 2 devices

The earpiece apparatus fits securely and comfortably; at times I don’t even realize I have it on. Battery life is exceptional. I would highly recommend this product especially for businessmen on-the-go!

This item has been my favorite Bluetooth for years, they function well, have 7 full hours of talk time with a full charge, lasts all day. Comfortable, several pads for different sized ears. Great product, Best Buy has the best price I've seen for some time.

Better than I'd expected. Was concerned about the charging without a micro-usb, but was able to find the charging case as well. But the sound is great, clear. noise cancelling is even better! Did a lot of research before purchasing this and it's great for the price.

I know this is one of the best headsets on the market, but I found no significant difference in performance between my Jabra Talk 45 and this unit. I expected better Noise Cancelling performance, but it seemed the same to other people on the other end of the phone. Volume controls and buttons worked flawlessly. I liked the magnetic charging cord, which came with the device and the accessory case for storage, even though the case was sold separately for $30 more. The ear gels were uncomfortable and too flat, since I prefer the curved earbud mushroom shaped inserts for better inside the ear canal fit.

This is my second Voyager. The first one finally gave out. Cost is reasonable and it works great.

Pros. Very good sound quality, doesn’t pick up road noise even from loud winter tires Con. Not comfortable in my ear over time would wear several hours a day.

The instructions that came with this product were not that helpful so I had to go on YouTube. The incoming sound is not as good as I hoped but that may not be the headset's fault. I've tried several different headsets and definitely am someone who requires the over the ear version. I am going to try it in different situations, like taking or turning down calls when driving, or participating in webinars. I was a little annoyed that the rep at Best Buy did not tell me about the charging case because I would have bought it on the spot. Now I have to order one separately. All in all, it seems like a very nice headset. I will write in again after a few weeks of use.

It's great. Can't hear any background noises. Especially useful when working from home. Zoom calls all day so very great product. But I have little ears so sometimes it will slip off my ears. Other than that perfect ear piece. Volume is perfect.. low or high

the best bluetooth ever, Ive owned plantronics for about 20+ years now and I'll never ever use anything else :-) I hated my apple ipods omg the worst ever!

sounds great,but the charger has an unusual connection so you can't charge up just anywhere using a usb portal. otherwise i LOVE IT

unit works well and sound quality is good but the unit does not charge fully every time when charged over night.

Very convenient and comfortable. I can't imagine holding the phone after having this. Only thing better than this is the same but the 5220

This Plantronics bluetooth headset is what my husband prefers. He likes it which is all that counts. I prefer plantronics for my bluetooth also, I have tried others brand in the past but for the past 8 years I have only bought Plantronics.

Item is awesome but OnTrac delivery is horrible. Should have been next day but took four. They even called me yesterday because they weren't sure if they delivered it. Next time I'll go in the store or use Amazon that uses normal shippers.

This is my 4th Voyager. I seem to lose one every so often so I end up buying a new one. The noise cancellation feature works extremely well to block out background noise, even in loud environments. I prefer using the Voyager over holding the phone up to my ear. Highly recommend!!!
