I've had several Bluetooth headsets, was concerned about the bulkiness of it, not a problem, fits behind ear great don't feel it, easy to pair, good hearing quality, fits in the ear well.

Wish it came with the charging cover but overall easy to pair and wear. Doesn't feel like it's going to easily fall off

Needed a new Bluetooth for my phone & I previously had Plantronics, which I loved, so I wanted to stay with the same brand. Bought this because of the Features & Reviews. However, I hate the location/size of the "disconnect" button, the unit is very bulky/heavy and really doesn't fit very well. I'll be buying a different unit just a few weeks after buying this one....

Very nice BlueTooth set. Geek Squad did setup and showed me howto. They are the best in purchased products; Pay with no interest on a fixed plan.

For comfort and clarity, the Plantronics Voyager just can't be beat. I've tried many others, including cheaper ones of a similar design. They just can't beat the the Voyager for its dependability and sturdiness.

I love the clarity of this Bluetooth. Background noises are very low. I love it a lot!!! My only concern when I purchased it was how easy it would be to pair and it was fairly easy and it notifies who calling, which is great!

Very nice ear set and comfortable , took me a little while to figure out but I think it was more my age , but it’s very simple to use after I figured it out.

A good earpiece. Charging cable is proprietary and has semi weak charging connection. You will have to go through Poly for support. Plantronics and Polycom merged.

Good call clarity and battery life. One thing I notice is that the range isn't as good as some other bluetooth devices I've used.

I like this newer model's enhanced features such as voice command. Nice touch. I have had (and lost...errr) several older models and was 100% happy with those as well. I like the on/off switch on this one better, too. Pairs easily, just very easy to use. Only thing I would quibble with is the audible battery life expectancy. The measure is initially in hours, meaning it goes from, say, 5 hours to 4 hours. Point is, if you turn it on and it tells you 5 hours, make a call or two, turn it off, the next audible might say 4 hours, when your perception is you just used it 10 minutes. Just nitpicking here, but it's led me a couple times to think I had much more battery life left than what I actually did. I do love the thing, though, just to be clear. Bought at BB over the holiday season.

The product is good, however, at first the placement of the product on one's ear is awkward. It is prone to popping off. Sound quality is decent but it could be more clear. All in all, the product performs as a blue tooth should. Honest remark - I would not have purchased so expensive and elaborate a Bluetooth, such as the Voyager Legend, except the store I shopped at was out of the morte traditional and less expensive blue tooth's available.

Plantronics is the way to go. This particular device is holding up to their high quality standards.

Clear sound in and out. I use it attached to laptop for conference calls and phone for regular use. I work around heavy loud construction equipment and it does very well with noise cancellation during calls.

This is a great headset. I tried the newest Plantronics and DID NOT LIKE IT! Have used this model for 15 years roughly. Wouldn't use any other vendor. Only negative is they only last for about 2 years constantly using each day.

It works good but it's not for small ears. I couldn't get it to stay on my ear.

I've only had it for a short time, but it has been doing a good job so far. The charge seems to last but I have not been able to get it to 100%.

I have been looking for this product in stores for awhile. Not only did Best Buy have it in store and at a reasonable price... But the had curbside side pick up. Very good quality device. Great experience.

This is the only earpiece I will use. Have had (3) over the years. Found out that parrots don't like it. Pulled first one out of my ear and snapped it in half. Other than that, great noise canceling!

The product suits my everyday office needs. Best Buy DELIVERED IT THE SAME DAY THAT I ORDERED IT! I was amazed and very happy because I needed the product desparately to replace the one I currently had.
