Used Plantronics for years. They don't last long at all. Overall they're the best for making phone calls in any noisy environment. They work really well. They're just not made to last longer than a few months.

Sound quality and noise canceling work really well. Also love the mute button on the device. I wish the charger were not proprietary.

I like it a lot it was a gift, calls come in and it asks me to answer? I say yes and it picks up the call. Clarity is good, it is adjustable left or right ear.

I am on the phone all day for work ... and covid19 forced me to work from home ... whole new set up. Invesred in this little gem ... it is a tad awkward and some nights my inner ear feels a little weird. within a week the mouthpiece snapped and now it is getting hard to hearn... crackling noises. I am actually going to see if Best Buiy will swap iot for a new one. It snapped when adjusting it to fit. good product but a tad fragile

Overall I think the headset is very good. Long battery life and good clarity.

I’m happy with both the sound quality and the distance from the device before losing signal. Not sure about the back ground noise reduction as I have only used in a quiet area.

This headset is huge, bulky, and ill-fitting. I've tried every way possible to make it work - switched out the buds, added the cushion piece, etc. It's awkward and falls off of me - it's just way too big. To further aggravate a user - it doesn't operate correctly. If you use the voice command feature, it doesn't hear you, the instructions are ridiculous when it comes to "resetting sensors," and when I am hooked up to my laptop through Bluetooth, no sound comes through the headset if I make a call or play a video to test sound. It's a huge fail, not worth the money, and this is going back immediately. I have used Beats, SkullCandy, etc., and have never had so much trouble trying to get a device working properly. If it's this user-UNfriendly, then it's a nope from me.

Overall very clear on the other end. No complaints except for connecting every time.

The only problem I have with this item is it does not go In your ear. And it does not stay around my ear.

Works great, and battery seems to last all day. I’m glad I chose it.

So far this headset has done what I have expected it to do. With the change in cell/driving laws, I knew I needed to be more hands free. I have a Samsung phone, and needed to enable the Bixby feature, but once I did, I can easily voice command through the headset to make a call. I also really liked that it had foam options for the earpiece cover, as I tend to not like the gel type.

Best blue tooth. I've been using this model for a long time and wouldn't use anything else. I've given these as gifts and the recipients like them too.

fits well, clarity of hearing, easy to learn, can even listen to audio files from phone

Does not hold well in ear, microphone could be longer and could use more battery time.
