The product is very good but it does not fit my ears... always fall down from my ears...

I use this headset for work calls and the quality is pretty clear.

This device is good for if you are always on the move. Soft to touch and light around the ear.

Works wonder. Last long time. Little quirky on the magnetic connection for charging. After making sure it’s connected the charging is good. 7 hours talk time.

Great headset for long hours on the phone. I use it for work and it's in my ear for most of the day. Very comfortable even with my glasses!

You may need to update the firmware on this thing if the bluetooth is having problems switching between devices. Best bet is to pair it to your phone and use the Plantronics/PLT Hub app on Android. You will need the app to set settings as well e.g. I disabled media playback so only calls direct to the headset and HD voice by default so I don't sound like a drive-thru speaker on Zoom and Discord. The app is very whatever, but thankfully not intrusive, and can be uninstalled after configuration. The settings appear to be written to the headset.

Lost my first one replaced it with the same model. The first one did seem a little louder.

Works ok! Just very hard to keep in your ear. So have issues with hearing at times. Seems very soft and not able to ear until you take it off and put it back on that it will be right!

This Bluetooth is definitely worth buying. Be careful not to sit it near a heat source because the rubber on it will blister. Also hold the plastic where it swivels when adjusted the mic it will make it last longer, after extensive use the rubber will crack above the swivel from too much pressure with adjusting the mic. This is my 3rd one so I’ve learned these tricks from the previous 2. They are worth the money and easy to use. Buy the protection plan though so if it does get the crack within 2 years you can get it replaced.

Better than my blue parrot, it’s the best I have tried no background noise, I highly recommend this product
