Proprietary Charger...? I can't stand when manufacturers do this. You misplace the charger and the headset is worthless. Which is what happened. Just put a freaking USB port on the headset. The quality was decent and it was nice for the hands free environment. Just don't misplace the tiny charger.

I been a fan of this brand for 8 years. i have upgrade 3 times. This is the worst unit I've owned. Very low volume on receiver end hard for them to hear me. Hard to put on with one hand like previous units. And the magnet charging always has to be checked that its charging. I wasted my money on this one. I threw it my drawer

Trucker here. This is a solid headset. Callers say it sounds great.

Sound is good. For a Bluetooth it is nice quality. The bad is that it doesn't stay comfortably on the ear. Add a mask and you have a chance to lose it. Just not as comfortable as previous headsets. Also the charger is proprietary, so forget being able to charge universally.
