I have owned at least 10 of these. I use to drive a delivery truck so someone recommended this one for noise reduction. I stop driving after 17 years and tried to use other earpieces but I hated them. This plantronics earpiece announces the call and responds to voice or touch. Affordable.

No complaints on quality of the voice from those I have talked to. I hear others well. Overall good product for the price.

I brought this for one of my friends and she is in love with this earpiece. She won’t buy any other one but.

I gave this one a three star because I do like how it minimize the background noises. I do not like when I am talking to my husband on the phone and he's using this headset I cannot hear him sometimes because his voice constantly go down. This is very disappointing to me.

This is the only headset I will use. It doesn't fly off when you sneeze. It's very clear for user and caller both.

Best product I have used in 5 years. Never would use any other bluetooth for talk on the phone with hands free. It last for sbout year for me in heat, sweat and light rain. But it stops working at no warning.
