This is my second Bluetooth headset, must say that it is the best Bluetooth headset I used so far.

This is my 4th one of these. On my original I did not have this problem so I bought another one but the 2nd and 3rd one I bought refurbished ones and they would disconnect and reconnect from my cell phone all the time. The refurbished ones lasted about a year before they actually bit the dust and would not work at all, so I bit the bullet and bought a brand new one since I liked my first one so much and this style does not give me a migraine. Well, the new one is doing the same thing of disconnecting and reconnecting from my cellphone and my cell will be right next to me. I do not understand why it does this but it does. I am hoping this one will last me more than a year before it dies on me.

Sounds clear and is very durable. Use it for trucking and I am able to hear my calls clearly over a lot of noise.

Crystal clear calls, easy to set up and voice caller ID. Great addition to my "work from home" office.

The really like the "Caller Announce" and "Voice Command" features, but it's very "bulky" so not a good or comfortable fit behind the ear! I would prefer a slimmer / more "sleek" device that fits better behind my ear, especially because I wear glasses. Also, the silicone eartips are not a good or snug fit (no matter which "size" I choose). The headset often starts slipping out of my ear and I am frequently adjusting and pushing back into my ear as well as constantly adjusting to keep headset "behind" / over my ear!

This will be my 3rd Plantronics headset. All others wore out. Good quality sound. Would buy again

Great Bluetooth for the price! The talk time on the Bluetooth is 7 actual talk time.

Purchased for husband's birthday. He loves the sound quality and ease of use.

I bought this to replace my Jabra headset that doesn't have as much of a battery life however, the sound quality to me isn't great and I have just swapping between the two when my Jabra headset is low battery. I was just expecting better call quality so that's a little disappointing.
