Got this cause I have always use Plantronic Bluetooth for years. This one doesn't always connect to my phone and when it does it drops out and I have to connect again. I've contacted Poly and they told me to reset it by disconnecting it from my phone and I did that but still drops out. Plus this one doesn't tell you, you are connecting or how many hours are left. Have to maybe go right to Apple

At first had to play with ear an mouth piece because people could barely hear me but once i got it its worked great..

Very pleased with purchase and the earpiece works great! I have always had good luck with Plantronics Bluetooth headsets.

Have been using the Voyager legend for years and bought this as a replacement. Great noise cancellation on the mic resulting a reduction in background noise, even when driving others cannot hear the vehicle noises.

Good headset, but battery life is a little short. Also have it disconnect from my iPhone.

Good item. I like the call voice ID but don't like the flimsy ear piece.

These headsets work great. Clear and comfortable to wear!!

Given that talking while driving can be distracting anyway the ear piece makes it safer as I can keep both hands on the wheel. This is actually the 2nd one I purchased as I wanted my wife to have one as well

Deciding if I really want this big of an earpiece, for the record the quality of hearing is good.

Husband was looking for a new Bluetooth that wasn't complicated and didn't cost a lot. Had it out of the package and was using it the minute we got home. He makes a lot of calls and said it works great. Very happy :)

I enjoy this headset although, I thought I would hear a little better in the car. I get a lot of road noise and my car speakers are sometimes hard to hear.

This is my second Voyager Legend (I lost the last one!) and I bought the accompanying charging carrier as well. The built-in commands and it's comfortable design make this an easy earpiece to keep with you and use.

Purchased it for my consulting job where I spend alot of time on my cell phone. This truly makes my cell phone hands free where I can multi-task and do other things at the same time. Item works as promised.

Easy to set up, works as it should, am very please with my purchase. Bought the Voyager Legend as my car is not equipped with Blue Tooth and this was the best way to drive and talk on the phone hands free

I was looking for device to continue. to virtually teach. my fitness classes via zoom during Covid. This does the trick!

It was too big behind my ear and hard to keep on. Worked fine otherwise.
