Extremely disappointing, absolutely loved the Legend in the earlier years. The last three purchased have had voice quality issues even when connected to a cell phone, where users receiving my call report 'my voice fades to such a low volume they cannot hear me'. Other bluetooth headsets connected to my phone do not have this issue. Performance is not equivalent to earlier years of same model (2018 ~ 2020). Did HP switch to cheaper components after purchasing Plantronics/Polycom? Unfortunately the newer Voyager 5220 doesn't fit me as well as the Voyager Legend does. I have difficulty wearing over-ear headsets with my glasses, which is why I've continued purchasing the Legend, hoping HP eventually resolves the issue.

I got my purchase right on time, it works just the way I need it to, plus the bonus it lets you use your voice to answer calls, love this product

This is my favorite earpiece. Great clarity, easy to pair with my cell phone and pc softphone. I love that I can have my plantronics paired to two devices at once.

Just purchased this headphone for my husband, he loves the voice command feature. It tells you who is calling and also if you should answer or ignore an incoming call.

I love this earpiece! I had some other earpiece but this is hands down, a good device!

Looking good style with boom... But the charger definitely no go (kept falling off from the connection, won't stay connected during charging).

Get for your work from the home headset. Plantronics never lets you down in my opinion. Works well right out of the box. Clear and easy to use.

Ugh! I wanted to love this headset. It was easy to connect initially, easy to use, and good talk time. then suddenly I started having connection issues and feedback within the headset. I would reset and it would be good. However, while testing recently I listened to a playback of my voice and it drops the off the "s" in words ending with s and "t and words ending with t. i was horrified!! Had no idea it was happening. And yes I tested it against another headset which played back my words clearly. I immediately stopped using it. I work in a professional environment. I can't have the ends of my words cut off like that. Unfortunately i am pass the return window.

I've always used the plantronic earpiece so when i lost the other one I had to go back and get another and they are the best when driving

Works great! I wear it 9 or 10 hours a day for work. It pairs to my computer and phone at the same time.

my third plantronics device. The only complaint is the earpiece rubber piece cracks and wears out
