Unfortunately I've had issues with this Bluetooth shortly after I bought it, to make matters worse the return policy is 15 days and I started experiencing the issue the day before I returned the item of which I was told by the young lady at the service counter that it was the 16th day and then I would have to deal with the manufacturer (Poly). Plantronics Bluetooth. With this Bluetooth it's a hit or miss whether you'll have issues with it. This one connects and disconnects constantly, I'm speculating that it is a sensor issue, very unhappy with this product.

I know others rate this high, but for some reason it is not working very well for me. Very tinny sounding. Not a clear sound at all. Very comfortable though. Easy to pair. But I can't use this to give a presentation like I had planned.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback on our Voyager Legend. We're very sorry to hear about your experience. There are a few things you could try that should fix audio issues. First, please reset the Bluetooth connection between your phone and earpiece: https://goo.gl/emzUTA. To set the earpiece in pairing mode, press and hold the call button for 6 or 8 seconds until the LED blinks red and blue repeatedly. Ensure the unit's firmware is up to date through our Hub Software for Desktop: https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v. Lastly, testing the earpiece with a different cell phone, and while it is connected to a single BT device is also ideal to determine the cause of the issue. In case you still get the same issue, please note this model counts with a one-year warranty. We have forwarded your comments to our team for review and consideration. If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at: 1-855-765-7878 plantronics

This headset is simple to use and works well. Out of the box, the headset battery was charged to 80%, so it could be used immediately. Pairing to my phone was simple. Turn the headset on, the voice says “pairing,” go through the pairing process on my phone, and I was connected in ten seconds. The headset can be paired with up to two phones at a time. As far as answering calls, you can do it several ways. If the headset is already on your head, just say “answer.” If it’s not on your head, the action of putting it on your head answers the phone. Thirdly, the phone can always be answered from the phone itself as usual. Also, a call in progress on the phone can be transferred automatically to the headset by turning the headset on. All of the above can be reversed, too. Taking off the headset rejects an incoming call if not answered. If the call is already answered, removing the headset transfers the call to the phone. If listening to streaming audio, it will be paused. Putting the headset back on resumes the audio. I tried all of the answering and call features by having my wife call me from the other side of the house, and everything worked well. Calls were answered quickly, she could hear me very well, which I always find amazing given that the microphone boom extends barely halfway between my ear and my mouth. Sound through the earpiece is clear and crisp, and I found that I needed to keep the headset’s volume control turned pretty much all the way up. If anything was too loud, it was easier to lower the volume through my phone than by reaching to my ear and fumbling for a moment to find the volume button. My wife told me that my voice through the headset sounded a bit like I was talking through a tunnel, but the sound quality was adequate for a phone call conversation. You can, of course, also listen to music or any other audio your phone can put out, and the headset works fine in that regard, but the audio is, not surprisingly, not of the same quality as you would get from a pair of headphones. But for casual private listening, the sound is fine, and I can see myself listening unnoticed by others. (Good for those endless meetings!). The headset clips easily to my ear and stays in place. It is comfortable to the point that, if I wasn’t listening to something, I might forget that it was there. In addition to the headset itself, the box includes a USB charging cable and several extra earpieces so you can find the one that fits your ear best. The headset can be configured to be used on either of your ears. Out of the box, it is configured for the right ear, and that’s how I’ve been using it. Also in the box is a very minimal, pictograph-style instruction card so typical of electronics these days. I rarely find these useful. The first thing it shows is the website to go to for the full user manual, and that’s exactly what I did. The manual describes the features and setup process well. If you need a headset for wireless telephone calls, and would enjoy a little casual music listening along the way, the Voyager Legend will work just fine for you.

Does not work like it should. Had one long time ago and it worked perfectly. I do like the 7 hours talk time feature, when it works. It frequently disconnects and it will not utilize the call command. The 5200 series is better but none in stock. I was advised availability date unknown.

The headset worked great. Except the charging port is a magnetic head with spring loaded conductive fingers that press it away...the magnet is not strong enough for good contact and the only way i could get it to charge was to hold it together or have someone put pressure on the connection...took it back and got a more expensive headset with a plug in cable charger
