My original unit wasn't as expensive as the Voyager but I thought the Voyager would even be better. WRONG! It was too loud in my ear even at minimum vol. I also had complaints of people not being able to hear me. (The mic rotates away from your mouth as you wear it.) Back to the store it went. Wish I could find the original one I had but it has been discontinued.

Then the mic on this one quit working after about 10 days, so I returned it, but Best Buy was out of them. Then when I found the same model at a different store, I realized the one I bought at Best Buy did not have the power cube that's supposed to go with the unbelievably short power cable that come with it. I really like this model (when it works) so I bought it at the other store and hope that this one will last for a while without causing me so many problems. It's either "third time's the charm" or "three strikes and your out."

When speaking I basically heard everything so the labeling waa deceptive. May it works better in more quieter environments.

The Voyager Legend features Triple-mic active Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Stainless steel windscreens, Acoustic fabric mesh designed to block and cancel noise and wind. We're sorry to hear he didn't find it comfortable to wear. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit al. Many of our users wear glasses and state the earpiece is comfortable to wear; nevertheless it will always depend on the shape and thickness of each model. Lastly, testing the earpiece with a different cell phone and while it is paired with a single Bluetooth devices is also ideal to determine the cause of the issue.
