    Worked great for a couple weeks, then all of a sudden the volume would turn it’s self down on it’s own after turning the volume up manually. Returned both to company.

    I had same model 4 years ago it was really good quality back then. Recently i purchased again quality totally changed getting worse

    I have an older Plantronics bluetooth headset that I love, so I was excited to try the newer, lighter version with both my PC and Android phone. In the box is the headset with medium size ear piece, USB charging cable, and extra ear pieces (S / L) plus foam comfort covers. There are 4 buttons total, power, volume, call control, and voice activation. Pairing is quick and easy, select the small button on top of mic and say "pair" or hold the call control button to activate pair. The headset can be connected to multiple devices, so I can easily transition between my computer and phone. The mic swivels up/down ~270 degrees, and the earpiece swivels left/right ~180 degrees allowing for both left and right side wear. I am a lefty, so immediately changed the setup from out of the box, which stays in position with no issue. The earpiece is small and comfortable, I have no issues wearing this all day. I find that the mic is closer to my cheek than I would prefer (~1/3" away), but that doesn't seem to impact sound pickup or quality. As far as audio, calls sounded the same from this earpiece via my Android phone compared to my car handsfree system and other earpieces I have tried. On my computer, I found this earpiece to sound more distant than my older (and bulkier) Plantronics single ear headset, however audio was still clear and no one had issues hearing me or hearing background noise during meetings or phone calls. I appreciate the voice function, I can accept or ignore incoming calls, and the headset prompts what I can say in case I forget. Another nice feature is the headset provides a caller ID so I do not have to look at my phone. Talk time is advertised to be 7 hours, and this seems aligned to my experience. I usually use this for meetings or while driving, so max usage at any time is 1 hour continuous, however in the month I've used it, if I charge overnight, the headset will last the entire work day and then some. The last feature important to me is the distance from device. When using my Android this was never a concern, however when paired with my laptop, I like to have the freedom to move around, and maybe run to the kitchen from my home office. I estimate range at approximately 40' for my audience to hear me, and approximate 70' for the headset to stay connected so I can hear. This is on par with two other brands of bluetooth headsets I own, the plus side to this is that no dongle is required, putting this above the competition for office use. Overall a solid headset, if the incoming audio quality was better for my PC this would easily be a 5 star earpiece. I'm at a 4.5 rating overall for functionality, sound, features, and comfort, making this a good versatile headset.

    This is the second time of using this product. The company should try other headsets to how to produce better headphones. It making too much noises.

If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset, you may want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_Legend. Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue.     I was not expecting the most state-of-the-art technology from this. I WAS expecting decent, reasonable quality. Based off the average audio quality and mild discomfort when wearing it, I would have rated this a 3/5. However, the microphone is TERRIBLE. I wish I had tested it before trying to use it--it sounds like I'm talking through a pile of time cans. Stay away from this earpiece.

    Comfortable and Convenient Single Ear Headset

    In Box: Headset, USB charger, instruction sheet and a few different sized silicone and cushioned ear tips are included in the box. Swapping out ear tips is easy. Setup: It can be used in either ear simply by twisting the mic and flipping it around the ear piece. The charging cord has a nice feature I hadn’t seen before, it magnetically connects to the actual headset instead of plugging in. Be aware that it has a very short cord. It was very simple to Bluetooth this device together with my cell phone. Battery: The battery lasts up to 7 hours on the average. It should last over a week in standby mode before needing a charge. Comfort Level: I would give these an 8 out of 10 for comfort. They fit comfortably in and around your ear. The headset is well made, sturdy and lightweight. I found it comfortable even with my glasses on. It takes a little figuring how to place it in your ear so it will stay there. Once you have it in the right spot it stays securely in place. Controls: On the mic arm is the call button and mute button. The earpiece has a power switch and a switch to turn the volume up and down. Recommendation: The sound coming from the headset is really good. It is very comfortable to wear. If you are in need of a single ear headset, this is what you would want.

The life span of the product depends on the usage but on the vast majority of cases they last for way past their warranty period.To extend the battery life of our products: Store your headset at room temperature. When batteries are exposed to elevated levels of heat such as inside a hot car, they lose their ability to store energy. If storing your headset for an extended period of time, discharge it to around a 40 to 50 percent charge. Lithium ion oxidizes at its highest rate if the battery is fully charged, which leads to quicker deterioration. Avoid discharging your headset completely or leaving it discharged for extended periods of time. The battery loses the ability to hold a complete charge.
