    Returned. Too heavy on the ear. The Plantronics Marque M165 was superb but it fell away and now it's likely discontinued (they won't admit to it but only fakers are available. The 500 would do but that's impossible to find, too.

    It’s nice but doesn’t hold much of battery time. The charger broke within a month.

The Voyager Legend is one of our best communication devices, designed to work with any mobile phone/tablet that supports Bluetooth headsets. To isolate the cause of the issue, test the earpiece with a different mobile phone and while it is paired with a single Bluetooth device. This could also be related to the smart sensors, as they detect the pressure of the ear while wearing the earpiece; However, there can be environmental conditions triggering them, like having the earpiece a bit loose from the ear, or wearing glasses. To verify if it's related to the sensors, you can disable them as follows: Download and install Plantonics Hub on your PC and plug the earpiece via USB charging cable. Go to Settings. Select Special Mode Settings. Select Continue. Select Read Settings. Go to Sensors & Presence. Turn off the Wearing Sensor. Select Apply.     NOT SURE WHY BUT I HAVE 3 OF THESE ON I PHONES AND THEY KEEP DISCONNECTING AND RECONNECTING. ALL PHONE ARE I PHONE 11 AND 12 AND UP TO DATE. I ALSO KEEP THE VOYAGER UPDATE. I'VE USED SEVERAL OF THIS OVER THE YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS. BUT THE LAST 3 I HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. I OWN A BUSINESS THAT WHY I HAVE SO MANY.

In this case we strongly advise you to perform several tests to determine where the issue exactly is coming from. First we would need to verify what happens when it disconnects: Do you get a voice prompt stating the headset got disconnected? or Do you notice the call suddenly was sent back to the phone? To isolate the cause of the issue, please disable the master sensor under Hub Settings>Special mode settings>sensors https://bit.ly/30jDXJM. You might also want to test the earpiece with a different cell phone model or an iPhone with a different iOS version. This would help us to determine if the issue is related to iOS. Charging issues with Bluetooth headsets can be a problem caused by the power source, cable or the product itself (it can be the charging connector or the battery on some cases). You may want to try charging the headset with a different charging cable and power source to completely isolate the issue. If you are experiencing audio or connectivity issues, we recommend resetting the headset by pressing and holding the call control and mute buttons for 5 seconds while it's turned off, this will reset the headset. We also recommend unpairing and repairing the headset with your mobile phone. Last but not least we always recommend disabling the smart sensors of the headset with the Plantronics Hub application and check if it doesn't have any updates available. Testing the headset with a different mobile phone can also help us isolate the problem.       Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager Legend; However, we're sorry to hear the ear gel fell off. The unit should include 3 different sizes of ear gels. In order to place it on the earpiece: Align the tabs on the eartip with the slots on the speaker housing. Then, gently push the eartip into housing while turning it a quarter turn to the right. The eartip will stop rotating when it is locked. Optional: Fit the foam ear cushion over the ear tip to provide additional comfort. If you're missing ear tips or the foam ring at the bottom of the ear gel, you should be able to find replacement ear tips with the following part numbers: Small 89037-01, Medium 89037-02, Large 89037-03.     I will be returning it , it made a Loud beep sound on the phone and the caller that I’m talking to can also hear the beep sound and every call I made it does that.

    Audio quality is terrible. I've tried a number of Bluetooth headsets and this one by far has been the worst. Connected to a Windows 10 laptop.

    Didn't work for 30 days before it started dropping calls. It would pair and unpair with the cell phone whenever it wanted to. Maybe it was just this one unit. I don't know for sure because they didn't have any more on the shelf. I was just going to exchange it and try again. Not now.

If during phone calls, the headset suddenly drops the call and sends it back to your cell phone, then this might be related to the smart sensors. These detect the pressure from your ear when wearing the earpiece but there can be several conditions triggering them like wearing glasses or having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear, consequently sending the call back to your phone.
