Posted .Thank you for sharing your honest review on our Voyager Legend; though we're sorry to hear you've had trouble with your unit. To troubleshoot connection issues, please reset the Bluetooth connection. To do so: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. Also, ensure the firmware version is up to date through our Hub Software: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM. This could also be related to the smart sensors. These detect the pressure from your ear when wearing the earpiece, however there can be several conditions triggering them like having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear or wearing glasses, consequently disconnecting the earpiece. To isolate the cause of the issue, disable the master sensor through Hub, open special settings and go to sensors. If you still get the same issue, then testing the earpiece with a different cell phone model (if using iOS, try android if possible) is also ideal to determine the cause of the issue. Please note this model counts with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. We will surely forward your comments to our team for review and consideration. Will swap for a new one

It features up to 33ft of Bluetooth range; However, it is important to highlight that this model is compatible with any cell phone or tablet that supports Bluetooth headsets. As you already know, many computers nowadays are equipped with native Bluetooth. BT Technology works through different profiles. For PC/Mac use we recommend instead the UC version. All of our UC products are designed to ensure PC connectivity supporting features such as range and audio quality. The CS540 does not work through Bluetooth technology, it uses DECT 6.0. Realty not good headset

I wear glasses and there was no way to get this to stay on my ear with the glasses. The range was also awful, could barely get 10 feet from my computer before it started breaking up. I returned it within a week.

Nevertheless, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. Please note this model provides up to 33 ft of range. Most computer's nowadays are equipped with native Bluetooth; However, not all of them support the same Bluetooth profiles required to provide optimal performance. This model is mainly designed for any cell phone or tablet that support Bluetooth headsets. As for PC connectivity, we recommend our UC line of products. not worth buying

I got soooo mad i threw it down and destroyed both. If you want to raise your blood pressure and get frustrated then buy these headsets. I went and got Blueparrot brand.

Stopped working / charging within a month.

My issue with it stems from the fact that my unit died within a month of use, and Plantronics require you to pay for your own shipping to RMA the stupid thing, so I never did. Ended up being a waste of money.

Earpieces rubber band breaks when trying attach the ear bud.. the headset keep falling off your ear.. very frustrating.. I returned them!

Subpar Mic and Audio Quality

Noise canceling is non-existent. I've used $30 headsets that sound similar. If you want an actually nice headset, you'd be much better off with a Sennheiser Presence. Costs slightly more but it's better in every way.

The earpiece is Very uncomfortable and irritated my ear. There is also feedback as well as everyone on the phone can hear their own echo. It is over hyped and overpriced. Spend your money elsewhere.

Charging set up is terrible
