Please be sure to try wearing your headset on either ear and also trying all of the included ear gel sizes in order to find the most secure and comfortable fit. Can hear the call dialing out and ringing and then once the other phone is answered, the conversation switches to the phone and no longer through the headset.

The Voyager Legend is is one of our best communication headsets and specially engineered to deliver superior call clarity and connectivity. To troubleshoot these issues, first please reset the BT connection. To do so: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. To re-pair it, make sure you set the earpiece in pair mode by pressing and holding the call button for 6-8 seconds until LED flashes red and Also, please reset the Network settings on your cell phone. As for the call being sent back to your phone when answering, this might be related to the smart sensors. They detect the pressure from your ear when wearing it, but there can be several external conditions triggering them, like having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear, wearing glasses or very cold weather. To isolate the cause of the issue, please disable the master sensor by installing our Hub Software on your PC: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM open special settings then go to sensors>master sensor and disable it. You might also want to ensure the unit's firmware version is up to date through our Hub Software under notifications tab. Lastly, testing the earpiece with a different cell phone model (if currently using iOS, try with android if possible) and while it is paired with a single Bluetooth device, as it is ideal to isolate the cause of the issue. Good Performing BT Headset at a Good Price
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Legend is a small earpiece headset. It has a very short (too short!) USB charging cable with a magnetic charging coupling that makes it easy to attach to recharge. The power and volume controls are on the back edge of the earpiece, and the rest are on the microphone boom. It paired easily with two phones. The built-in voice assist worked well, and asked whether to answer or ignore the call. I really like that this was enabled by default. Truly hands-free with this feature. If you place your phone in your vehicle where you can see it this makes taking calls while driving very easy. The charge lasts a day or more depending on usage and takes a short time to recharge. The audio was clear and adjustable from the controls as well as from the phone when connected. The Legend was surprisingly comfortable to wear for long periods of time. My ear is big so a person with a smaller ear would probably find it even more comfortable. The microphone is super sensitive yet the caller on the other end reported hearing very little background noise. This all adds up to a bargain for the average selling price of about $40. I'd give it the 5th star if the USB cable was longer.

Plantronics need to fix this.

Poor sound quality, connection issues with OSX/iOS

Unfortunately, the people I'm on the call with sound like they're on the other side of the world, using a cell phone, in 1980. It also disconnects and reconnects constantly. Wouldn't buy again.

If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset you may want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_Legend". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. You may also want to disable the smart sensors of the headset through Plantronics Hub and check if it doesn't have any updates available: https://bit.ly/3899aCN. Last but not least, we recommend testing the headset with a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason the issue remains, then it means the headset has an actual problem and it will be best to replace it. NOT A GOOD BUY

There are no instructions on how to use it. It has a shorter battery life than most bluetooth devices. I was sorry that I bought it.

Good wireless headphone, but could be louder

The sound quality is very good, but other noises can drown it out a bit in an automobile. Pairing was easy, but the voice commands are not extremely helpful. If I tell it to call ABC, it puts the headset into pairing mode. Once it goes into the pairing mode, it doesn't come back out unless one restarts it. The charging system is a proprietary cable rather than one of the common USB charging cables. It is nice that it has a cradle, but it's one more charger than I need to bring along now to use the device. I have received no complaints about the sound quality from the other end. The microphone seems to work well. Despite of a couple of things that I'd like to see changed, this is still a quality headset and will do the job for most situations.

Waste of money

Doesn’t work well with a flip phone

I had to keep pairing it with her phone. She did find her old Bluetooth and I returned this Bluetooth to the store.

Doesn't work for my cell phone needs

It goes in and out then fades. It should last longer than this.
