Posted .Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager Legend; However, we're sorry to hear about your experience. The earpiece could pair to your laptop's internal Bluetooth adapter; However, we recommend the Voyager Legend UC version for PC/Laptop as it ensures PC connectivity. Nowadays many computers have Bluetooth built-in but not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Many times, these drivers are not installed by default – even on new computer installations. We will forward your feedback to our team for review and consideration. If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at: 888-363-0726.

Nice
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good. Good fit for me even with my glasses. Doesn't actually go into my ear which is more comfortable to me. Good sound at both ends of call. Range seems good too. Has voice prompts for several functions as well as some voice commands. Pretty good upgrade from my 10+ year old headset. Phone app adds a few functions though it's not required. Also pc app for a few more. You can check it out at plantronics.com for more info. No real manual included, just a quick setup guide which doesn't tell you much. Download the full manual from their website. Not really ideal for music but will play for casual listening. Also proprietary charger so you need it for charging not a standard one. It does plug into usb though. No AC adapter included just the usb cable. I like it. Get one.

Posted .Hi Steve. Thank you for your honest review; However, we're deeply sorry to hear about your experience. The Voyager Legend is one of our best communication headsets and specially engineered to deliver superior call clarity and connectivity. There are a few procedures you could try that should fix these issues. To answer incoming calls from your cell phone, you can do so by pressing the call button (black button on the very back of the mic boom) or with your voice (if feature is enabled, you can do so through our Hub Software). If you're having trouble with voice answer, make sure you stretch the "a" when saying answer. Furthermore, for connectivity and audio issues, make sure the unit's firmware is up to date. If calls are sent back to your phone while talking, this might be related to the smart sensors. They detect the pressure from your ear when wearing the earpiece but there can be several factors triggering them, like having the earpice a bit loose from your ear, or wearing glasses. To isolate the cause of the issue, disable the master sensor under Hub Software settings>sensors>master sensor. https://bit.ly/30jDXJM. We thank you for your comments. We will forward them to our team for review and consideration. If you require further assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at: 1-855-765-7878

Good ear piece, fit could have been better
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this headphone for almost a month now. I mainly use it for my office calls when I am working from home. Here are my observations: Pros: - Good design - Easy to put on - Limited but functional voice commands. It announces the incoming callers name and let's you answer/ignore the call without looking at your phone. The voice command recognition doesn't work sometimes though. - The act of putting on the headset while there is an incoming call automatically answers the call. - The sound quality is good and as advertised it works pretty well in the noisy environment - Battery life in my experience has been around 6-6.5 hours which for my personal use is not sufficient but it depends on your personal use - Integration with Google Assistant Cons: - The in-ear fit is not good. It comes with a standard silicon ear piece with black foam covering and 2 more pairs (One larger and one smaller). But none of these options provided me a good snuggle fit. It always feels loose in my ear. As a result, you won't be impressed with the sound quality if you listen to music with these. - Lack of standard micro-USB charger. It comes with a special USB charger with a magnet which makes it super easy to snap on the charger on to the ear piece but this also means that you need to take care of one more charging cable! - Lack of quick charging. Depending on your personal usage you might find 6-6.5 hours of talk time is not sufficient. I usually have back-2-back calls in the first half of my day and I prefer to listen to the music on these as I don't want to switch between my other headphones and this one. This drains the battery almost within half of my working day and then I have to wait for 90 minutes for full charge. I can get 50% in around 30 minutes or so but even that's not good for my personal situation. So, if you are a heavy user, you might want to consider this seriously. Overall, it is good ear piece for it's price range. The focus is definitely on the call quality (even in the noisy surroundings) and ease of calling (with the voice commands). A better fit and quick charging would have made it "Excellent". I will still recommend it.

Posted .Thank you for your honest review; However, we're sorry to hear you've had this experience. Our intention is to provide the highest quality products to our customers and we thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Please note the rubber ear tips on this model are replaceable and you can find their part numbers here: https://bit.ly/3rVO3y2. And here you can find instructions on how to change the ear tip: https://bit.ly/3fCk8WF. As for connection issues: Please reset the BT connection. To do so: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. To re-pair, make sure you set it in pairing mode by pressing and holding the call button for 6-8 seconds until LED flashes red and blue repeatedly. If the issue persists, then this might be related to the smart sensors as they detect the pressure from your ear when wearing it; yet there can be environmental stressors triggering them, like having the earpiece a bit loose or wearing glasses, consequently sending the call back to the phone. To isolate the cause of the issue, disable the Master sensor through our Hub Software for desktop under settings>sensors. If you get the same results, even after performing the previous steps, then there might be an actual problem with the unit and it is best to replace it. This model counts with a one-year limited warranty. We will surely forward your comments to our team for review and consideration. Posted .Hi Lisa and thank you for sharing your honest feedback; However, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience. Please rest assured that we take the quality of our products very seriously, and scenarios like these are very unlikely; Yet, there are a few things you could try that might fix this issue. You might also want to ensure the unit's firmware version is up to date through our Hub Software for Desktop: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM. Lastly, testing the earpiece with a different phone and while it is paired to a single Bluetooth device, is also ideal to determine the cause of the issue. Made for calls
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've got a few wireless IEM's and while good for music and good for calls in perfect conditions they've struggled in non-optimal scenarios. The Voyager is made for calls first with music being more of an afterthought. The ear piece can be swiveled for left or right ear use (I prefer left). The nib doesn't completely seal your ear and just hovers a bit around it so you can still get stereo sound from you environment - which is a plus for my use. I had to do maintenance on a large format printer in a noise room with 3 other digital presses running and had to make a call to a service tech for a little assistance. I would have used a IEM since I thought I wouldn't be able to hear without a good seal, but impressively I could hear pretty well with the Voyager. And I could be heard without issue. I've used the wireless IEMs when working on our other equipment and had a lot of trouble with them hearing me and would have to move to another location to talk, which then killed the advantage of having hands free talking since I couldn't continue working as I talked. The Voyager proved better than I expected. Plus with the voice assisted "Answer" I never had to put my grubby hands near my face. Right now this is a must have if you do car work, repair work, etc in any kind of noisy environment and need to still hear what's going on around you - like listening to the equipment for any problems. If it works this well for me in a loud production environment I'm sure it'll work great in a less demanding areas. The Voyager does play music but I won't be using it for that purpose. This is for when I need to get serious work done and need to speak to someone while keeping my greezy hands off my purdy phone and earpiece.

OK but not a great fit
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Personally I'm a fan of the smaller bluetooth earphones so this one is a bit outside the norm for me. Sound wise, these are quite good and offers a decent sound from the single earpiece. Voice comes through quite nicely as well and the noise canceling mic seems to drown out enough of the background noise for clear voice. I haven't tested the battery length however it seems to hold charge for quite a bit. Plus it seems to charge quickly as well. The charger is magnetic so you just need to click it into the port. My biggest gripe with this is the earpiece. With any/all other earbuds/earphones, the earpiece should fit snugly in your ear. This one does not and the included earpieces are almost useless. There are the usual S/M/L size rubber ear tips but they don't look/fit like normal ones. Instead of the earpiece fitting snugly in your ear, the whole headset just kind of dangles on your ear. Personally, not a great fit for this especially considering how nice it sounds. Kind of falls short in that respect so, considering other options available, this one falls flat in my opinion.

Posted .Hello and thank you for your honest review on our Voyager Legend headset, however, we are sorry to hear you were not able to find a comfortable and secure fit even after trying all of the included ear tip sizes. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. Our intention is to provide the highest quality products to our customers and we thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We will forward your comments and feedback to our team for future consideration when developing new products and accessories. The sensors make use elementary
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Plantronics - Voyager Bluetooth Headset - Silver/Black uses sensor technology to setup and maintain its many functions. When I first placed the Plantronics - Voyager Bluetooth Headset - Silver/Black over my ear, it automatically spoke to me and started to pair with my phone. There was no need for me to press the pair button. The sensors even know when I removed the Plantronics - Voyager Bluetooth Headset - Silver/Black from my ear and immediately stopped playing my music stream. I can adjust the headset to wear on my right or left ear. Answered calls had a clear sound with no distortion or breaking up of speech. All I had to do was to say “answer call” to allow the connection. The headset also tells me how much battery time is left. Ear tips can be changed from a small one to a large one. The volume is loud enough to enjoy my music. The only problem I have found is with the play/pause button. I cannot get the Plantronics - Voyager Bluetooth Headset - Silver/Black to pause or start to play again. When I press the play/pause button, I hear voice alerts of “voice command is off or beginning to pair.” I can only play/pause by physically using my phone.

The only choice for wireless conversations
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an embarrassing array of Bluetooth headsets. When it comes to conversations, this is the only headset I ever use. With three earpiece sizes and optional foam ones, it’s easy to find the correct fit. Some days I’m on the phone a lot, and I’m able to wear this headset without pain or fatigue. With a battery life of seven hours, the Voyager stays charged throughout the day. For days when I’m on the phone more than seven hours, I have a second Voyager on the charger. Incoming call quality is excellent. I can hear callers very clearly. As importantly, my voice is also clear to those I’m speaking with. I don’t know if it’s the frequency of my voice (I have a deep voice), the shape of my head, or something else, but this Voyager model is the only Bluetooth headset that has offered this level of voice clarity. The list of headsets I’ve tried and returned includes more expensive versions of the Voyager. Noise cancellation is very good. While background noise and wind noise will sometimes come through, they are generally quite muted compared to my voice. I have used the Voyager walking through Manhattan traffic without anyone complaining about the noise. Cupping my hand over the microphone consistently blocks louder sounds, like strong winds. Controls are intuitive, with an on/off button, a digital assistant and command button, and volume up/down. Flipping the microphone up mutes the headset. Call announcing and auto answer works well, but leads to my only complaint. Sometimes, I have to say “answer” multiple times before the call picks up. If you want excellent call clarity and battery life in an intuitive package, this is the place to start. In fact, it’s the only headset that works for me.

Very comfortable, sounds great, highly recommended
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For anything other than music, I've always preferred a single-ear bluetooth headset. After receiving this one yesterday, I paired it with my phone and have been using it for both phone calls and for a streaming police scanner app that I have. I've also used it with a bluetooth transmitter that I have attached to a police scanner. No matter how I've used it though, it never has gotten uncomfortable and sound is fantastic! The voice command functionality is awesome too - nice to be able to answer a call without touching ANYTHING. THe name of the caller is spoken to you in your ear and it asks if you want to answer - VERY NICE! I've had it in my ear non-stop for the past 8 hours with no sign of discomfort - just make sure you test the earpieces to see which is most comfortable (it includes 3 sizes). Definitely a great item! Highly recommended!

Very happy with this headset
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a new single Bluetooth earpiece as my old Jabra Storm was misplaced :( , the new Plantronics looked like a good replacement. The Plantronics came in a simple box with a charger cable, and some extra ear pieces, along with instructions. The one’s body is larger than the Jabra but it’s almost the same weight. First thing I did was to hook up the charging cable, which uses a magnetic connection instead of the old micro USB connector of my old Jabra, I like this much better and won’t have to worry about damaging the USB port. Pairing it up was really simple, just turned it on and had my S9 search for it and they paired right away. I didn’t need to change ear gels as the one installed fit perfectly. Call quality was excellent, all my calls were clearer than my old Jabra, no one complained about not being able to hear me. The movable boom mike that can be switched for either ear is also a bonus. The controls are very simple and well laid out, this earpiece is very simple to use and so far has worked perfectly for me, this was a great replacement for my missing old one. I noticed that Plantronics offers a charging case for this, which I will probably pick up, but it has plenty of talk time the way it is. Sort of wish they include it already as it would be a welcome addition.
