I like this headset and bought the version of it when the company was Plantronics, however, they still haven't updated the charging port to USB-C. So if you are fine to use a micro USB cord, then I recommended it. If you don't want to have to use the old micro USB interface, look for something else.

Excellent hands free Bluetooth headset!!! Very comfortable, lightweight and very easy to setup!! A must have for hands free operation!!! Works great with my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Great quality for the price. I haven't bought any of the real expensive ones but I couldn't imagen they work any better.

I bought this to enable hands-free calls with loved ones while I'm doing other things. The sound quality is excellent, I can wear it for hours without pain, and it's very simple to set up and use. I would buy again.

This is a great headset! It's so comfortable that I forget I have it on. The sound is very clear and my voice comes through very clear with it. Set up and pairing is easy.

Price is very competitive. Light and very comfortable to wear. Volume control is good and easily accessible. Audio is crisp and clear. The distance from the cell phone is very good. Would highly recommend.

Like many people, I had to self-quarantine. Like many others, I needed to scramble to set up a home office. I researched many Bluetooth headsets, and needed one that can work with both my phone (Pixel 3) and my work laptop (for audio portion of video calls). This one fits the bill perfectly! Pairing was quick and easy. Once paired, each time you turn it on (physical switch behind ear) it automatically connects, and tells you as it connects to each device (phone 1 connected, pc connected). Voice quality is great (come with multiple bud sizes to get your perfect fit), and I'm told my voice sounds clear to others. It's a nose canceling mic, so people haven't heard my cats when they're trying to get my attention. For my needs, this is perfect.

Sound quality is very good and it fit my ear very nicely. Would have rated it higher but the charging port and plug do not snap or plug into place. It is difficult to keep them together and any movement will disconnect them. If they were a tight fit, I would give it 5 stars.

This is a really great hands free device, so convenient and I never hear complaints from the person I call on the phone about the sound quality. These are very important, but it's also very comfortable to wear, even all day.

Should have bought it years ago. Great sound, great mic & awsome distance. I’ve walked to the other end of my house, forgot my phone & it’s still connected. Battery time is good too. Overall I’m very pleased.

This Bluetooth earpiece will never win a beauty contest. I use it at my desk, it's my preferred phone earpiece. (Actually, I have an old Motorola 700-series in the car that's really my favorite, but that one is hard to find.) This Plantronics re-establishes pairing quickly, 90% of the time, so I when the phone rings, I can turn it on (with the slide switch on the back) and it will re-establish its connection before the call goes to voicemail. Some times I have to tap my phone to select this earpiece as the active audio device. It talks to the wearer when powered on ("7 hours talk time" or whatever. I can also see the battery level on my Android phone (I downloaded the app, not sure if that's what does it.) Half of my callers used to say that I was too quiet, but not lately. I don't know what the problem was, but I'd have to switch my phone to speakerphone and turn this Plantronics off to continue the call. I wish the app had a volume control for the microphone. I keep another cheap bluetooth earpiece nearby in case this thing tells me the battery is low.

This review is based on NOT the performance of the item, but the weird feature it has that prohibits it from the use I specifically intended it for. IT'S SO COMFORTABLE! It has a very clear sound and would be very good - EXCEPT.... don't use it on a multi line phone (even though I was told prior to purchase it was compatible)... you will get an audio notification of an incoming call - do you wish to answer/ignore? I hate that feature. I can't disable it....AND if you are on another call when a 2nd call comes in, you have NO way to reject the incoming call. It will literally answer and override the existing call - leaving the caller disconnected. I spent hours w/ Plantronics support regarding this issue today. It's stupid! I hate that I have to return it, because it is so much more comfortable than my older Plantronic 540 model.... :(

Sometimes it wont pair but other than that its great for calls and the mic works great for zoom

Just what I needed. Love it . It really is a life saver, after my recent rotator cuff surgery. Getting it to link up with my home phone took a few tries but once I got it works great. Worth the price to me.

Its a great bluetooth, love the sound and qualiry but i has to return it because the ONLY way to charge it is with their magnetic specialty cord.. i tried it for a couple days but believe me, trying to remember to take that cord with you everywhere you go is a pain.. and impossible for a busy mom who travels for work

I wish I had bought this one first! I have tried all different styles of bluetooth devices and this one is the best. Such great reception, noise cancellation and very comfortable to wear. Highly recommend.

I've had two aftershokz with boom mics and they dont last long. This headset is not as comfortable but so far works great. It is not bone conducting but the boom mic picks up well and hopefully lasts longer.
