This earpiece does not fuction as well as its predecessors. It does not consistantly allow me to verbally answer / ignore calls, or redial by pressing twice on the answer button. Lately, it has begun answering calls, but I can not hear the caller, but they can hear me. I have tried updating the software, and removing and reinstalling the device with no results. Also it does not come with a charging dock. The only way to charge it is by pulling the rubber plug from the charging port at the base and attaching a C cable. None of the charging case or docks that I purchased for the previous versions will fit this one. The plug will eventually break as it did on my other models, and leave the port exposed to dust, dirt and moisture. I will be returning it.

Fanstatic Bluetooth very clear. Last 7hrs. It announces number or contact name. It will ask you if you want to answer or ignore a call

Love this headset. I had an older one that lasted for years but finally fell apart. I bought the exact same model because it held up so well and has great noise cancelling qualities

This is the 3rd one for my husband. He is hard of hearing so he loves knowing he can hear the phone ringing when working around the house. Also great for hands free driving!

This is my 2nd one. My original finally wore out after 5 years of almost everyday use. This new one is even better than my old one. Comfortable to wear all day. Great sound quality.

This is my third Voyager Legend over the past 15 years. I replace it every few years when it, like any headset, eventually wears out. The quality of the sound and ease of use is top notch and it has a seven hour talk time.

Best bluetooth, best sound and best noise cancellation

This is the only earpiece I have found that successfully does a multipoint connection. It will connect to my iPad (allowing me to listen to music) and my work phone (allowing me to hear the phone ring and answer it). The only thing I do not like is that I wish it had two earphones and a neck piece. I have tried 3 other brands with these features and have not been able to find anything reliable (lg, Jabra, and jbl). I will keep the Plantronics and keep looking.

This works much better than the higher priced devices. The sound is clear and the range is great. Also, it stays charged!
