This brand is amazing and this model is worth having. Quality is one of the best I've ever used, and the only reason I had to replace was because while working outside it fell out and broke. It still worked but the loop had a crack and would fit snug. I wanted the exact same model and was able to find. This is a great hands free device.

I like the volume control and responsiveness to voice commands. The charging cable is way too short, and I wish it used USB-C to connect instead of the magnet.

Fits nicely over the ear and the mic adjusts easily. Sound volume is very easy to adjust. I have it hooked up to my cellphone and my Samsung Galaxy Watch3 and I leave my cellphone at home. I was in a very noisy venue and I had no problem hearing the call coming in or the conversation.
