I like that I don’t have the backround noises it fits perfectly in my ear. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

Then I went with a less expensive Bluetooth. What a mistake. So glad I am using a Plantronics Bluetooth again. Easy to use. Great sound quality.

BUT, this is my 4th Plantronics Bluetooth, I have had 3 different models and all of them top working around 2 to 3 weeks. They disconnect or turn off. I did buy the extra warranty this time, so now I just have to take it into the store and get a replacement. Great when it works, blocks out background noise also.

Great voice quality, they’re comfortable to wear and problem free.
