Comfortable, works across Mac, Android, Windows
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You may need to update the firmware on this thing if the bluetooth is having problems switching between devices. Best bet is to pair it to your phone and use the Plantronics/PLT Hub app on Android. You will need the app to set settings as well e.g. I disabled media playback so only calls direct to the headset and HD voice by default so I don't sound like a drive-thru speaker on Zoom and Discord. The app is very whatever, but thankfully not intrusive, and can be uninstalled after configuration. The settings appear to be written to the headset.

A Good Bargain
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit, though slightly less expensive than it's similar-brand twin (5200), has impressed me more than the counterpart did. And, compared to another brand's offering, it is vastly superior. Responds to verbal command and connects to the phone instantly--and seems to remain connected for quite a distance from the phone.

Definitely worth checking it out
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Bluetooth is definitely worth buying. Be careful not to sit it near a heat source because the rubber on it will blister. Also hold the plastic where it swivels when adjusted the mic it will make it last longer, after extensive use the rubber will crack above the swivel from too much pressure with adjusting the mic. This is my 3rd one so I’ve learned these tricks from the previous 2. They are worth the money and easy to use. Buy the protection plan though so if it does get the crack within 2 years you can get it replaced.

My Bluetooth rating for my favorite Bluetooth.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Bluetooth has been the only one that works for me. Always bought it at best buy because of the 2 year protection plan they had,to bad they don't have it anymore for this item. Because they don't offer the protection oay anymore is the only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating.

Not as awesome as the Voyager 5220
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously had Plantronics - Voyager 5220 Bluetooth, but the mute button fell off, so I returned that headset and purchased the Legend. So far, I am not a fan. The mute button is flipped on the opposite side of the boom mic. The headset has issues connecting to a phone while putting the headset on - plantronics users know that the headset connect while putting it on the ear.. however this headset connects the call, and then will still ask to answer the call - and subsequently hang up the call it answered. Also, there is issues where a the tone constantly repeats while on a call causing me to turn the headset off and back on. These are things I never encountered in my almost two years of having the 5220. They may be miniscule at face value, but when you are on a conference call with your boss, and their bosses, it can be very embarrassing and an unnecessary distraction.

NO stars this time
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I been a fan of this brand for 8 years. i have upgrade 3 times. This is the worst unit I've owned. Very low volume on receiver end hard for them to hear me. Hard to put on with one hand like previous units. And the magnet charging always has to be checked that its charging. I wasted my money on this one. I threw it my drawer
