Works ok! Just very hard to keep in your ear. So have issues with hearing at times. Seems very soft and not able to ear until you take it off and put it back on that it will be right!

I like the clarity in the audio when talking, almost as if I am in a room with the person. I like that it tells me who is calling.

This is my second headset in 5 years, and never had any quality issues with it. Sound quality and noise cancellation is excellent. 7hrs Talk time is great.

Clear sound quality but adjusting it to the ear can be inconsistent.

I previously had Plantronics - Voyager 5220 Bluetooth, but the mute button fell off, so I returned that headset and purchased the Legend. So far, I am not a fan. The mute button is flipped on the opposite side of the boom mic. The headset has issues connecting to a phone while putting the headset on - plantronics users know that the headset connect while putting it on the ear.. however this headset connects the call, and then will still ask to answer the call - and subsequently hang up the call it answered. Also, there is issues where a the tone constantly repeats while on a call causing me to turn the headset off and back on. These are things I never encountered in my almost two years of having the 5220. They may be miniscule at face value, but when you are on a conference call with your boss, and their bosses, it can be very embarrassing and an unnecessary distraction.

This is a great bluetooth the only brand they use for work got 5 of these for ppl in company to use

Nice unit. I can walk away up to about 20 yards without losing clarity of signal. Easy to use controls and long battery life. Highly recommend

This is a 2nd generation Bluetooth device for me. I had the initial device 5 years. Sound quality is crisp and clear. Here’s to another 5+ years!

This Bluetooth has been the only one that works for me. Always bought it at best buy because of the 2 year protection plan they had,to bad they don't have it anymore for this item. Because they don't offer the protection oay anymore is the only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating.

They work very well indoors and outdoor and I get a clear signal to speak when I’m driving.

I have tried many headsets over the years. This Plantronics Voyager Legend is the best. All of it's features are the best!
