Good quality product would purchase again. Connectivity to phone is great.

Stays charged for long periods of time, I farm also it is very durable and getting in and out of tractors stays where its suppose to !!!

crystal clear audio and very good bluetooth connection

While I expected more from this product, I feel it falls short. The limited Voice Commands fall short of what I expected and not being able to use "Hey, Google" to make calls. This Product overall is better than others I have Purchased.

Aside from the proprietary charger and the relatively short battery life (approx 7 hours), this headset is awesome. Call quality is great, and I like the feature that allows me to answer call by saying "answer." I did have to purchase aftermarket earbud replacements in order for the headset to fit comfortably for hours. To deal with the short battery life, I purchased 2 of these headsets when they were $59.99, and also purchased a charging case so I can use one while the other charges. Will update if anything changes.

Excellent sound quality and easy to set up. Fits comfortably and is small and not heavy on the ear.

I like the brand better than the others I’ve had. Sometimes my earpiece will say it’s connected but it really isn’t. So every now and then I would have to power it off and backs on but other than that it works pretty good. I may have received a defective earpiece because my past plantronics never had that problem before.

It stopped taking a charge. The discontinued “Motion” is such a better unit

These are perhaps the BEST bluetooth headsets out there, when they work. However, about a year after purchase, they will start to fail. Sometimes even sooner. The problem is they are not water resistant. You walk outside and one drop of rain hits them the wrong way, the mic is DONE.

It is a great product. I use it everyday so I can answer my phone as I work. It works well as I expected it to.

These are fantastic, I hold onto your ear properly and it fits on either ear. It has the perfect clarity everyone that I speak to. Here’s me even better now, and I can’t even hear them better.

This is my second Plantronics headset and I love it. The first one lasted over 3 years with hard use!
