One of the best brands

Sometimes my earpiece will say it’s connected but it really isn’t. So every now and then I would have to power it off and backs on but other than that it works pretty good. I may have received a defective earpiece because my past plantronics never had that problem before.

I do wish I could increase the volume just a bit more. it works great and the on off and volume and all connect buttons are within easy reach .. you don't have to take it out of your ear to readjust. this is my third Plantronics … would surely buy it again and I always buy insurance which I did use on one of my previous ones …

The limited Voice Commands fall short of what I expected and not being able to use "Hey, Google" to make calls. This Product overall is better than others I have Purchased.

Great headset overall

Call quality is great, and I like the feature that allows me to answer call by saying "answer." I did have to purchase aftermarket earbud replacements in order for the headset to fit comfortably for hours. To deal with the short battery life, I purchased 2 of these headsets when they were $59.99, and also purchased a charging case so I can use one while the other charges. Will update if anything changes.
