When the rep couldn't find the 5200 series, I selected the legend. I was disappointed my credit was applied to a best buy gift card. The rep couldn't explain why the system didn't refund any money. This did make me pause and give some what consider future purchases.

Great phone calls in car

The products seems to be priced right and it doesn't seem to have weird features that will give you a headache picking from different models, simple and practical.

But it just could be how he handles it. But he likes its functionality.
