Sometimes disconnects from phone

On my original I did not have this problem so I bought another one but the 2nd and 3rd one I bought refurbished ones and they would disconnect and reconnect from my cell phone all the time. The refurbished ones lasted about a year before they actually bit the dust and would not work at all, so I bit the bullet and bought a brand new one since I liked my first one so much and this style does not give me a migraine. Well, the new one is doing the same thing of disconnecting and reconnecting from my cellphone and my cell will be right next to me. I do not understand why it does this but it does. I am hoping this one will last me more than a year before it dies on me.
