This model was designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes, considering both women and men during testing; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use, we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. You may want to have a look at our Voyager 5200 as it features a slightly smaller ear loop. Forget those that tell you the number calling - this one tells you who in your contact list is calling... and you can answer with a voice command. Very happy that Poly took over where Plantronics left off.

The different ear adapters were helpful because I tend not to be able to use most without them falling out. The only thing I’ve noticed that I can’t figure out is the battery seems to run out quickly.
