It is just as great as the one that I wore out about 5 years ago. My only complaint is that it has the magnetic charger instead of the old plug-in cord like my last one did. Didn't need any special cord for that one. This one that I got from Best Buy was a great deal. It was 30%-50% less in price than anywhere else that I looked, online or in the various stores.

Forget those that tell you the number calling - this one tells you who in your contact list is calling... and you can answer with a voice command. Very happy that Poly took over where Plantronics left off.

I bought one for a Christmas gift after buying mine and will be buying another for my other sister! The only down side is it disconnects off and on from my phone when not in use intermittently. All and all good product for the price.
