Always have mine in during the day, stays on well and doesn't have too many issues. The only problem I have is heavy use drains the battery in 3 or 4 hours but it charges back up in 30-45 minutes so not too big of a deal.

This necessitated getting an earpiece that would allow both listening & speaking--not something I knew about before this year. Found this lovely Plantronics device that does it all & am now a big fan! Thanks, Best Buy!
