They talk to you and let you know who’s calling, and let’s you answer or decline the call with your voice! I’ll always have plantronics as my Bluetooth! They are also not bad to look at. I would definitely recommend this headset to anyone. I’ve used these for many years. Go get some!

First off the cushion kept coming off so eventually I had to add a dab of crazy glue to hold it on. Secondly the charger is magentic and it doesn't keep it connection all the time so the battery doesn't charge which can be frustrating when you need it most. This week the ear assembly fell apart... The sounds quality was good though. I'm going to step up the the new version with the Micro-USB charger port and double mics.

Please rest assured that we take the quality of our products very seriously, and scenarios like these are very unlikely. If the ear gel was coming off the earpiece, then most likely it was missing the foam ring located at the bottom of the ear gel which keeps the ear gel locked in place and it can be easily replaced with a new set of ear gels. As for the charging issue, make sure the magnetic pins from the headset and charging cable are clean with a cotton swap. In any case we do thank you for bringing this to our attention. I feel bad giving this item a 2 star

I have been a fan of Plantronics for 20 years. I plan on returning this Bluetooth and trying another Plantronics in hopes that it is a fluke on this one.
