I found this plantronics bluetooth to be too big. It didn’t stay in my ear!! I wound up returning it and buying the previous (normal) size!!

I needed a new headset to replace one that was dying. I decided to try the Plantronics Voyager Legend with its over the ear mount as I find the earbud style units uncomfortable after a while. The unit is very light, considering its bulk, and quite comfortable. I wear glasses (wire frames) and was concerned that the over the ear wouldn't work for me, but I haven't had any issues. If you wear glasses, you should try it first for fit. The battery life and voice quality are excellent. The noise cancellation on the microphone end is also excellent. I tried both window open and fan on high in the car, and was understandable to the person on the other end. For an inexpensive headset, the Voyager Legend comes with a bunch of higher end features, most of which I don't use. However, it will pair simultaneously with two devices(eg., a mobile and a laptop). This is really nice with a soft voip client or skype and a mobile. Speaking of pairing, it was the simplest and fastest I've experienced. The unit is supposed to be sweatproof and combined with the over the ear design should be usable when running, bike riding, hiking or other activities. Controls are via audio commands ("answer", "pair", "ignore"), motion sensors, or buttons. The voice commands work well, which is good because the control buttons are small, poorly placed, and difficult to use. Which brings me to the negatives. The charging cable is a usb cable with a proprietary magnetic connector for the headset. This means carrying another cable when traveling and, more importantly, trying to find another when it breaks. Why not a micro-usb or usb-c connector? There is an optional ($29) charging case that uses a micro-usb connector and it is looking like required accessory. The control buttons can be used once you're used to them, but really should have been designed for easier reach. And finally, the actual earpiece cushion doesn't form a good audio seal against your ear, so I found it necessary to have the volume up. Relatively minor annoyances, although it prevented me from giving the Plantronics Voyager Legend five stars. Still, its performance and features make it well worthy of consideration.

I had this same one previously until it stopped working....bought a different one that I didn’t like....it didn’t do all the things the Plantronics does so I’m back to the Plantronics. It lets you know when the battery is close to needing to be recharged & it tells you who’s calling

I've been a remote worker for over 10 years, I'm on my second one of these plantronics headset, they are awesome. The bluetooth in the new one is WAY better, range is vastly improved. If your looking for a bluetooth headset, stop looking, buy this one.

This is the third Voyager headset I’ve owned and they have held up well to my daily use. I was disappointed that Bestbuy does not allow you to buy an extended warranty for it so I guess we’ll see how well it’s made and see how much wear and tear it can take.

Easy to use. Good sound both ways. Seven hour talk time.

This is my second legend. The first saw daily use for4 years and I broke the hardplastic edge when I dropped it on the floor. Still worked, just awkward with it jiggling loose in my ear(I wear glasses and take them on and off a lot). Perfect device, great clarity.

Crystal-clear calls and superior noise cancellation.

Not so much on this one. I've had several different kinds and brands of bluetooth headsets. This was recommended as one of the better ones, however, I don't agree. It feels cumbersome, and I don't like the speaker arm. People said it sounded tinny and an echo. I finally got a less expensive one at Amazon that I like better.
