    This has been my Bluetooth of choice for almost 12 years. I use every day at work in an industry where I'm on the phone a lot. Usually last me and average of 5 years. Even after it still works great just battery life won't get me through a shift. Would highly recommend!

    I bought this to connect with my IP phone. This phone has Bluetooth capability and was looking for a light headset. My peers have other bulky headsets that are connect to this IP phone. The problem I experienced was that at times it would cut out while being in front of the phone. It was a bit of a nuisance. Otherwise the sound was good and the option for in ear adapters is great.

If you are experiencing linking issues, we recommend resetting the headset by pressing and holding the call control and mute buttons for 5 seconds while it's turned off, this will reset the headset.     Bought this while on reduced price. My two phones and apple watch is connected to this headset and works perfectly. Although I never experienced getting two phone calls at the same time, but when I get phone calls to any of my devices, it connects to the call instantly.

    Clarity and noise reduction is evident. The only downside is the competition the device have with the face mask behind the ear. Can cause the ear lobe to ache when both is in use.

    Bought this Plantronics headset to work from him and was amazed at how smart it is! It seamlessly connects to both my desktop machine and my phone, which makes it easy to take calls and do video meetings without any manual switching. Voice commands are also supported. Really neat!

    Works perfectly for my wife's teams meetings and samsung cell phone calls. She's on it all day and no issues. Just wish BestBuy sold the charging cables separately because she left hers at the office.

    I misplaced my headset while on a trip and missed it terribly. So I ordered this for when I returned home. Only to find the other one. So now I have two. I love the Answer and Ignore feature. I don't have to pick up my phone. And it also tells me who's calling.

    I've had a couple of these over the years. They don't disappoint and pretty much do what you need them too. I wish the charger wasn't proprietary and a simple mini USB or USB C but oh well.

    Exactly like the one it replaced. Mine get extreme use so they last about 3 years. The rubber curve starts to crack. New one works as outstanding as first one and now I have spare charge link.

    Just bought this platonics voyager legend...it came with the blue tooth headset, usb cable, the silicone eartips and the foam eartips, but no ac charger! Additionally, there are no LED indicators to tell you if its charging using the usb cable or when it is fully charged. THe instructions are void of any help. What gives Platonics?? Anybody know about these charging issues? please let me know before i take it back to Best Buy.

      Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager Legend; However, we're sorry to hear about your experience. As long as the unit is purchased as brand new in its original packaging, it should include an AC wall charger. When the headset is out of battery it should flash red when connected to the charger, then the lights should turn blue when it has higher battery and the lights should turn off once it is fully charged. If this is not happening, please verify if there's any damage in the magnetic pins from the cable or headset. You might also want to ensure the unit's firmware version is up to date through our Plantronics Hub Software: https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v.     This is my second Voyager Legend headset. I purchased one 5 years ago and used it daily to work from home. Easy to set up, can be connected to multiple devices at the same time and definitely something I'd recommend.

    The piece does not fit securely on my ear. It’s top heavy and the ear piece is too big . I’ve experienced static. Previously I purchased several of the explorer 500 model. It is discontinued. This product does not even compare to the 500 model. And it’s more expensive.
