Ive been loyal to this earpiece for years. This is probably my 5th one but probably my last one. Quality is gone down and this is a very expensive ear piece.

Transmission to recipient's was garbled and people couldn't hear me at all at times. Not a plus when your trying to use device to contact people and make important phone calls.

Battery life no good

Volume level was good. Bought around 2 weeks ago and replaced with blueparrott m300-xt already talk time on that one is 14 hrs.
