Voice Quality Issues

The last three purchased have had voice quality issues even when connected to a cell phone, where users receiving my call report 'my voice fades to such a low volume they cannot hear me'. Other bluetooth headsets connected to my phone do not have this issue. Performance is not equivalent to earlier years of same model (2018 ~ 2020). Did HP switch to cheaper components after purchasing Plantronics/Polycom? Unfortunately the newer Voyager 5220 doesn't fit me as well as the Voyager Legend does. I have difficulty wearing over-ear headsets with my glasses, which is why I've continued purchasing the Legend, hoping HP eventually resolves the issue.

They work good when they are working but at times while talking it fades in & out,, connects & disconnects, i stay with it because it will announce the caller that i put a name to. Wish they could fix the cutting in & out.

Transmission to recipient's was garbled and people couldn't hear me at all at times. Not a plus when your trying to use device to contact people and make important phone calls.

People on the other end cannot understand me very well. Quite often I have to switch to speakerphone for people to understand. No, I do not have an accent.
