I had the same issue with this Plantronics as the other one. It worked at first, then after a very short time the quality diminished. Sound was bad and I couldn't pick up calls.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately I've had issues with this Bluetooth shortly after I bought it, to make matters worse the return policy is 15 days and I started experiencing the issue the day before I returned the item of which I was told by the young lady at the service counter that it was the 16th day and then I would have to deal with the manufacturer (Poly). Plantronics Bluetooth. With this Bluetooth it's a hit or miss whether you'll have issues with it. This one connects and disconnects constantly, I'm speculating that it is a sensor issue, very unhappy with this product.
